What’s stopping me - self doubt & fears around raising the finance for a project.
What I want to achieve - save the money, attend the 3 day course and start actioning what I learn from it.
What I would love to do - get a spade in the ground on my first development by Xmas 2024.

We can 100% help you with the self doubt and fears… it’s normal to think this to start… fears will never go away but will reduce with education. There’s only one way to get started…. Start…
If you want a space in the ground by the end of the year you need to start learning yesterday… it’s not going to be quick but getting started is the biggest hurdle.

Procrastination ,, preoccupation with life’s to do stuff & lack of commitment … i know i only have myself to blame 🫣
However , this has gotta be the year (2024) otherwise I’ll personally dig a hole for me , not for concrete 😅
