    Exactly what i was curious about answered! Thank you tuat555 for your time and effort on putting this out. Great tips and easy to follow. Especially that tip at the end for multi-fill on the common point regarding the eye filling. This can save a few hours on a project, subscribed and liked.

    Really good content for me as a Grease Pencil noob. I'll be watching all your vids over the next couple of nights. Keep up the great work, sir. And thanks! :)

      Awww thank you so much ^^. Nah you're not a noob, because this thing it's a different habits and learning something new is so discouraging at first. By putting a bit of effort like I did (a year ago ;) ) it could trigger the willing to learn more by achieving small goals / easy projects. Give you a chance and try :) I don't have lots of tutorials, but it's a pleasure for me to create contents in order to push a lot of newbies to the top. it require time to put myself into the task (i'm lazy sometimes XD) but I will do it because I love helping whenerver I can ^^. Cheers again for the support!!!

    You just make some of the best greasepencil tutorials out there. The only thing I am missing technically would be a higher resolution at 1080p. This resolution is better for seeing the small details on the Blender Interface.

      Thank you 😃! Yeah you're right 👍 since last year I tend to make short and complete video with a HD quality so won't be long to upload it on TH-cam. Being able to read the interface is so much important when you pause the video to figure out some details and stuff. Gotcha for future contents 😁👍. Cheers

    Thanks for the tutorial!! I've been trying to figure out grease pencil on and off for a few weeks, and your videos are really easy to understand ᵔᴥᵔ

      Yayyyyy!!!! Thank you 🙌😁!!!! No problems I'm glad to hear that my effort put it on was useful. It's not easy to learn such type of software but when you start to understand the process, it's fun 😄. I try to summarize the essential through my tutorials, so people can get it faster 👍

    Wow, thank you for the tutorial. It is very straight to the point and that's what i need 😭😍. By the way, one question, which one is more effective, to create all the line art first for all keyframe and in betweens then color it. Or create lineart, add color then interpolate it?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Owww thank you so so much 🙏😊. Yes I tried to not waste people time by making short video for delivering the info as quick as possible 😅. I'm glad you appreciate it 😊. For your question I wish it could work from creating the lineart add color then interpolate. It really does work in some situation where animation have constant motion without complex changing in the drawing. But when your drawing is complex Blender seems to not understand properly the transition of the lineart and color. Sometimes the interpolation messed up. That's why I do and recommend a more secure method. If you give a try you will see what I mean. Haha 🤣 or maybe I'm stupid and I'm keep making my life harder rather than making simple 😆😊👍

    hello sir,
    big fan of your animations!
    i am also using grease pencil, its great but i am facing issues in coloring the objects.
    lets suppose i have a smily face to paint with expressions drawn inside the circle.
    when i fill color inside the circle , the color also occupies the inner lines (expressions).
    any solution plz?

    Instead of a plain fill, does it also work great with watercolor brushes?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question! I'm pretty sure it does. I haven't try yet but looking at others content creator who made stylish brushes I'm convinced you can turn this into stylish fill like watercolor. (I keep your question in mind in case I found something for it) 🙂👍

    HI I wanna start making my 2D animation inside blender im not good at modeling characters so i was wondering if i could use a makehuman model animate it and the draw on top of it will that work ?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi 👋 it does work!!! 😁👍 because I did that too. I'm not good at 3D too so to create my character reference I built it in MakeHuman 😉. Then import in Blender for rigging with rigify. It's a bit of process but at the end having this character does help if you draw over (it keep the anatomy character mostly correct and the size as well) 🙂. I can confirm that because it's was something that try few months ago ✌

    Deep thanks. My question: is I have a video back and white drawing by friend. Now I need to color it use Grease Pencil. what I must do? import the video as what? how I start. Please make a video help me in this question. not help me only but help all the world as I could not find person explain clear like you. God bless you :-)

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cheers for asking 🙏. So that a good question and also challenging things to do. So import the video in Blender is not the problem. To me the issue would be to color it directly on the video (I believe is what you attempting to do, isn't it?). The first solution will be to reanimate your friend animation with grease pencil by tracing over then color. The other solution will be to convert the video into grease pencil...the results might not be good to honest... some of trials failed... but I'm not sure in the latest version of the software if they did some new improvements... but your question really attract my curiosity 🤔. I have to investigate 🔎 😊
