    I've been GP for my workflow for the last few years and it's completely changed the way I work. I'd second all the things you say in this video, though I want to point out that if you're having trouble interpolating color and lineart together, then it's worth learning to draw with filled materials instead of lineart and colors separately. It's a very different type of drawing and requires a good amount of thinking ahead as you work, but combined with duplicating our keyframes and using the sculpt tools, you can completely eliminate the need to do color passes on your work.

      Very true 😊, GP was a big step forward for me too 🌟. Thank you for sharing this tip here for the community 😃 I really do appreciate it. I also discovered that way of interpolate color and it work 100%👍. It's a good advanced tip for sure and requires a good understanding of the tools with wisely plan to reach out the desire results in a less amount of time. And you sum up the process well👏😃. I hope some curious people out there will give it a try ✌️😉.

    I just found out a few weeks ago that the interpolation mode uses the stroke stacking order. So if you select both corresponding strokes and 'send them to back' and repeat that for all of the strokes, you can fix the drawings and interpolate again.

      Hey that's a cool trick😮. I'm going to give it a try😁. Man I also do learn stuff like this by accident and they are worth it. Thank you for sharing!🙏🌟

    I was trying to figure this out and it was really infuriating because nothing was showing up that I wanted. Very to the point, thanks.

    Thank you for your tutorial!It was explained very clearly.
    After completing the interpolation, if I'm not satisfied, can I directly adjust the interpolation sequence? Or do I need to delete the generated keyframes and start the interpolation again?🥲

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much for tour sweet feedback 🙏😊🌟!!! So, about the interpolation you will have to be careful. I recommend to delete the interpolated keys first (blue diamonds🔹) and then do the adjustment on the 2 mains keyframes only (yellow diamonds 🔶️ ). Finally, redo the interpolation 😊. Because the interpolation is kinda tricky to explain I prefer to recommend you this solution. Don't worry if you do something wrong your project won't be lost 😉 it's just going to be hard for me to help you out 😄. Hope that will help you😁👍!

    I recommend also to follow your Zoro head turn tutorial to practice interpolation 😁
    If you don't like sculpting, there's another method in Edit mode using Curve Editing (I didn't test it with complex interpolations though) I explain it in this Short: th-cam.com/users/shorts-jzafqxTcMo
    Also if you keep the 'Tab for Pie menu' setting disabled You'll be able to use Tab to quickly switch between Sculpt and Edit mode (or any other active mode and Edit mode)

    Even though grease pencil is free it feels the sculpt and edit mode would be a lot better with Moho Pro since you can draw one point at a time and can edit beziers so it makes it easier to manipulate the vectors. Plus you know 2D rigging tools but its cool to see Grease Pencil improve.

    How are you making that pie menu appear?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  หลายเดือนก่อน

      So you need to go to EDIT -> PREFERENCE -> KEYMAP then search a box to tick called TAB FOR PIE MENU. After that close it. Then on the viewport press TAB to open the pie menu 😁🤙.

    Hello I'm noticing that I can't interpolate more than one layer at a time? Even if I have them all selected and "All layers" ticked in the layer box thing. When I click interpolate it only does one layer. Is there a way around this or is this just how it is?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hummm yeah I know what you mean 🤔. Basically the interpolate action cam only happens on one layer at the time. In case of many layer...unfortunately you cannot😕. The only way is to gather all layers into one... for now this is what it is, I'm hoping for new updates on that 🌟. Cheers! 😁👍

      @@tuat555 Oh thanks for the reply! Yeah I'm still trying to figure out grease pencil and find a good workflow. I really like the way you do it where you keep your same lines and just move them around and interpolate between them. I just want a cleaner way to do that with multiple layers haha

  • @Blaze_the_Person

    it says that "could not find valid keyframes" EVERY TIME i use interpolation

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hummm try this 🤔. Before interpolate make sure to select the correct layer with your 2 keyframes on it. The layer appears green when selected. Then grab the blue playhead on your timeline and slide somewhere in-between the 2 keyframes of the corresponding layer. AND finger cross 🤞 INTERPOLATE. It should work🌟. Hope that helps✌️😁.

    you set start and end in 3D programs or video editors and interpolate automatically, so why is this special?

    • @tuat555
      @tuat555  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I done the work on Blender by using the Grease Pencil... the topic is the INTERPOLATE TOOL...and of course I used a video editing program to built my video 😁. And why is so special? 🤭 Man that's also a mystery for myself👀🤣👌 bahaha.
