We play as Ze'rah, a githzerai - the githyanki who chose to follow the philosophy of Zerthimon rather than that of Mother Gith, and who instead of a life hunting down illithids and conquering other people, chose a life in the wilderness on our own, developing the skills of a druid, surviving, connecting with nature and learning to speak with animals. We are the rebellion to our law-abiding, warrior kin, Lae'zel, a devotee to the Lich Queen Vlaakith.
