Metal gears will always make more noise than plastic. Use a piece of paper between spur and pinion to get proper back lash ie. gap spacing.

my yeti is very loud (i'm using GPM straight diff) will using helical diff + helical transmission gear make it smoother ?
Also how your aluminium servo horn stripped ?
Wich one do you recommand for the yeti ?

+Timothée Liens Not really tbh, and it wears faster since its metal on metal. Would not recommend practically, but for fun/uniqueness I would recommend. It's not necessarily quieter, but it sounds different.

+Timothée Liens When I used a Savox SW0231MH, I stripped it. It wasn't strong enough to center the wheels anyhow. Later I started using a HiTec 7950TH and haven't stripped the servo since, although the teeth on the metal servo horn are wearing out, but that's partially my fault for not paying attention to how tight were they tightened. I still recommend the HiTec 07950TH tho, although waterproof would be even better since I'm limited by my servo to tough water lol.

+Spirit The diff gears already helical stock. The transmission is straight cut tho, and no one makes helical gears for the transmission.
      Thanks!
