Fear resides in your root chakra located in your reproductive parts and stomach. Love resides at the top, your Crown chakra and throat chakra. Speak lovingly to yourself. A thought you hold in your mind for 17 seconds begins to form in the natural world. A thought held for 68 seconds brings a "snowball" down a mountain effect, both good and bad. We make our own reality with our mind. We are the Creators bc we are born from The Creator. We have the ability to transmute bad energy to good buy changing from a fear based mind to a Love based mind. The fight is not with the Devil but with your Shadow Side. Let all come into the light. Free yourself from your mental prison and walk out a free man or woman. People that don't want to face the hurts of the past will never experience the freedom of The Light. I'm convinced this is where narcissism comes from. You must forgive yourself, love yourself and then you will mirror that out to the world. Freedom is a thought away. As your vibration rises when you meditate on good things the world around you shifts bc everything that you send out is mirrored back to you.
