this song made me cry. my grandfather nicknamed me sunshine when I was little, because I'd always sing you are my sunshine to him (not this version) . I'd sing it to him while he was in the hospital, with cancer. about a month later he died without me knowing. I walked into his house and asked where is poppy? where is poppy? multiple times. I have a story for this So. A man who recently lost his whole entire family in a freak accident finds a little girl on the street. He takes her in and raises her so she won't end up like him. Few years go by and theres now a murder on the loose. One day the murder breaks in and they hide. The man sings the song to her to calm her down and she starts singing along with him. This gives away their position and the murder finds them and tries to kill the girl. The man protects her and starts begging the murder not to take away his ' sunshine '. I only hope EA Games gets in touch with you about having this song being used in a possible Dead Space 4 Teaser Trailer (if/when) they decide to develop it.
