- Despite all the pain and destruction caused by Israel's war on Gaza, a young Palestinian couple decided to move forward with their wedding plans and celebrate new beginnings.

Could not agree more.Their resilience is honestly awe worthy to me.Being bombed,displaced,losing friends/family,struggling to find food.Women don't have access to hygiene products nor proper sanitation..and yet there is so much composure/poise on bride's mother's face.

That’s lovely that their families made them a tent and make shift wedding arrangements. They did their best even if it’s not what they’d planned for. At least they still have some of their families to celebrate with them. God bless them!

I dont know if you know this or not but there is a lot of christian families in palestine and even there is a jewish palestinians and my mom told me that when she was young she went to palestine to see our relatives and met a lot of kind jewish people that were living in the same town and told me that most of them are being silenced constantly by the goverment If they protest injustice . i am Jordanian\palestinian living in jordan since my family have been displaced in the nakba and I have a lot of christian friends in my school and in my neighborhood even we have both Masjid and a church in our neighborhood .

Something I've niticed in every single interview with Palestinian people is that they never fail to 'Praise Him in the Storm' - they show a depth of faith, courage and resilience that no atheist, or zyonyst 'christian', will ever comprehend nor match.
I pray that the evil oppression, the murdering and theft is urgently stopped and Palestine will be fully restored to its 1967 borders, that Gaza is quickly and beautifully rebuilt (at the cost of those orchestrating, funding and participating in the murder and destruction). Nothing will replace the innocent lives deliberately extinguished, nor the limbs gone and other vpermanent injuries but this people's faith and outlook is incredibly inspiring! ❤

I love your words, but Gaza was an open air prison for refuges. Rebuilding it is not good enough for these beautiful people. They must have a nation like other nations.
I always say they must be Job's descendants, as faithful as he was in the midst of loss, grief and sickness. Maybe this is meant to happen just so that the Palestinians can show the rest of the world how to keep faith in dark times. This has certainly put me in check with my lack of faith due to trivial matters. They shall be blessed even more so for their faith. Praise God/Allah/Jehova/Jah!
They know it honours them to be chosen by God among all the generations of Palestinians to be strong and courageous for their people. God chose them, because they are strong. I heard a Palestinian say that. It humbled me.

this is not a wedding dress its a thobe ( a traditional palestinian dress that every palestinian woman have and most likely she got it from her grandma ) and I bet that she wore it because wedding dresses are not available and its so sad .
