I'd live in the lodge with all my dogs, my ranch manager would live in the main house with his family, the casita would sleep 4 ranch hands....and I'd have to build a cottage for my housekeepers and another one for friends who come to stay. I'll need a MUCH bigger pool, like a beach at one end and deep enough for a diving board and slides at the other. Time to win the lottery, I've got it all worked out.
It would be nice to know what it goes for selling price how many acres is there and what goes with it that would be the ideal thing to tell people before they start calling in seen on a deal

@@martinneps9387 The main reason is that the price sometimes changes several times during the course of a listing, and so we'd be forced to constantly edit the video and we'd see multiple copies of incorrect videos circulating. Thanks for your input, though! I will share that with my clients when this topic comes up.
@@AaronYates While that is understandable, a clickable link to the listing would drive more traffic to the listing and maybe even others if this one turns out to not be the right price for them. Yes, you list the website in the video but most people are lazy and will not stop the vid, open a new browser, and then type it in during the video let alone at the end of the video, hence a clickable link. Plus, you would then have a trackable link to show your client how much traffic you are driving to their site, show others what you can do, and show an ROI to them. Nice video, well done, I'm going to follow you to see what other properties you have to offer.
