They only played Liverpool out of the top 12. And it should had been 1-3/1-4 for Liverpool after 80 minutes. This guy is responsible for not being in Europe twice after the winter break. This season and next season.

Any managers job is difficult and when you're trying to implement your ways the last thing you need is the media throwing you under the bus when things aren't going as you wish. We've been struggling or lost to beatable bottom teams at our level of tactics, and expect to even pose a threat to Arsenal, a team with ambition that's beaten all of them with ease cold-heartedly? Eric needs to wake up from slumbers. He's convincing himself that his injuries bs is the root cause reason team aint firing, forgetting that we got thrashed and embarrassed at the hands of City&Liverpool when all were available.
How about just copying tactics from opponents that We've lost to, that they outsmarted us with? How about starting with the simple basics of defending properly and as a unit and not conceding?

@@mm2801 the manager manages the team, I thought you understood this. He is responsible for selecting the team and for team changes at the start and during the match. The training staff train the team and are required to make the training appropriate to the players finding their strengths and ensuring they do not get injured. You cannot blame the manager for injuries nor who is bought. He works with what he's got.
