Great show!!! Been a fan watching since it's inception. Incredible folks, Brent and Kim. Great production, videography, narrative, editing; and pretty good neighbors too!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats Kim to your recent achievements.
First off, wife and I agree that Skyline chili is delicious!I Four way is our favorite. Second, that was some good flying by both of you. Congratulations on passing the 100 hour milestone.
Seems there’s less controversy in the comments than in my personal experience! Looks like aviation enthusiasts have good taste! Thanks for the kind words and for watching! New great stuff is on the way!
My take on the chili controversy... doesn't matter, 'cause a Skyline 5-way is simply awesome! (although I'm not sure I'd risk flying for a number of hours afterward 😉). Thanks for a very nice video. Wayne (DA40 KSBA)
I think locals get a condition known as "Iron Gut" that allows us to eat anything. I recently at leftover shrimp that was 8 days old that my friends thought I was insane to do. I credit the decades of Skyline consumption. I think the people of Pittsburgh have the same condition from eating scrapple. I'm a hard pass on scrapple! Glad you liked the video! Always great to hear from you Wayne!
Honestly, I think people are used to Texas style with veggies and beans in it. I honestly think the fault lies in the name. If they called it meat sauce, or ANYTHING else, it’d be more palatable to more people.
Not as controversial as my “burger”.... I remember that smoke though! Came through it just before y’all did, and then again 2 nights later. It was a controlled burn. The whole Southwest side of Caryville mountain was on fire.
And that burger wasn’t controversial, it was silly. Cool that you saw the smoke too. It was a bad day to be doing any practice work at BYL. Put the whole pattern under smoke. Whoops!
And if you want to go OG, you have to include Empress and Price Hill. But realistically speaking, of the big two, my preference is Skyline. How about you?
@@kennethhuber3658 Beggars can't be choosers, and since I now live in Tennessee, I'll take what I can get. The differences are subtle, and I think I prefer Skyline simply for the nostalgia of years gone by. Seems like anywhere I was, there was always a skyline in a better location than Gold Star. Both are delicious though!
Love Skyline!💗
How could you not? Delicious!
Great video, yummy food, nice flight! 😋
Yessir! It was a good one. Always nice to go home and visit too!
Pure brain candy! Pilot's a boss and whoever did the editing is a boss too... Love it!
You ought to come flying and let’s eat! Miss you buddy! Got big news happening, and hope to see you soon!

Great video! Those instrument cross country hours can be tedious to get, so this is a creative way to get them!
Agreed! When there’s a meal at the end of the flight, who wouldn’t want to fly? Thanks for watching! Glad you liked it!

We love Skyline in Dayton. Never understood the controversy with sooo many variations on chili geographically?

And I like the shade thrown at the windsock...
😂
He watched the episode today and never caught the comment. Sock is still notam’d. 😂😂

As you well know the real controversy for those of us from Cincinnati is of course Skyline or Gold Star?

@@PlaneDeliciousShow I think I would go with Skyline, but Gold Star is good too!
