Hi there Sherry, do you have any tips on how to deal with periods while riding? I used to wear period underwear while riding but the chaffing i got was so painful after the ride(~50km) i stopped doing that, though i don't wear a chamois. I usually get very painful cramps before and during my period due to endometriosis, it particularly sucks if the pain come on suddenly midway while attempting a 100k as i get abit woozy and have to stop for abit.
Thank you so much, I actually really struggle with this too. What I dry is to have different bib shorts with differnt padding for every day and use we wipes and shower more often to avoid infections
@Buzzalong.cycling do you have a video of what can you fit inside the cyclite saddle bag? I doubt between small (8l) or the big (up to 12l) I will go with puffy down jacket, rain jacket, spares, spare bib, inflate pillow, fivefingers sport shoes, thermolite sac, emergency sleeping bag, and some bars and gela for 3 days Not sure if the 12l version used small as posible and rolled to 8l can give me more flexibility for this 100g Saludos
Thank you :) I have a post on instagram with what i had in my 8L bag @sherry.cycling but for carrying what you describe i will go for the 12L one in the 8L i could fit a puffy jacket, spare kit and bib shorts, gloves and socks but not much more
Hola Sherry, I think I remember you showing on instagram that you had received Redshift Suspension Seatpost and Stem, I was wondering if we could hope for your opinions on these products ? Greetings from France :)
thank you vincent, yes i will make a review of my set up soon and include the Redshift suspension seatpost and stem, I have the PRO version. They were amazing! Saved my race with all the rough gravel and rocks
I got the 1.1 l Tailfin toptube bag, but am not totally happy, because the bag is in the way when I am out of the saddle. Dont you have that problem or just dont care...
Look at small bikepacking cottage companies they making gear a lot longer before factories started making bikepacking gear .. ps look at powersock they make great sandle replaces for touring more comfortable and pack tiny
Nice bag and gadget tips as ever 👍 I like the look of the gloves you are using when strapping your sandals on (very nice collabo and idea there). Would you recommend them (the gloves) or any others?
@@Buzzalong.cyclingThanks Sherry, 😃may I ask the name of your gloves 🧤❓Sorry to ask about one of the things that is NOT on the list 😅. Edit: while listening to the Roadman cycling podcast, they recommended some clothing brands and one of those was Velocio. I checked out the site and realized the logo was the same as that on your gloves (which I couldn’t figure out from the video). So got it! Good luck with PBP!
Love the idea of that hike a bike strap!
Thank you so much 😀 yes it was great, very useful for hiking, I used it in my first off road race
So many great tips and ideas here! The sandals and the hike a bike strap were my favorites :)
Can’t wait to see & here your tips for cycling. You are so energetic, funny, motivational, I luv your videos x 😊
Thoroughly agree!
Thank you so much!!
Looking forward to your tcr experience. I was impressed by your Brilliant result with G. T.
Thank you so much :)
6:07 Great recommendations! What handlebar are you using on this bike? I've never seen a split stem like that besides the Cervelo S5.
That Hike-A-Bike Harness seems useful only if carrying an unloaded bike, assume the weight with a fully loaded bike would be a bit too much?
I tested it with a light weight bikepacking setup and was good

How was your experience with Cyclite? My bags failed after an easy Munich - Italy trip. Very disappointed. :(
I am sorry to hear that, I did not have any issue but you can maybe contact them an explain what happen, they are super helpful
11: the revelate spinelock saddle bag. It doesn't sway! ❤

Watching the world championships in Scotland at the moment 👍
Really cool :)
The last clip from the beech forest seems to be from late April or early May - or maybe earlier, if it is further south.
yes, weather changes a lot in a day in Norway

which top tube bag would you recommend?
I really like the Apidura Race bolt on bag, another good option is the Tailfing top tube bag :)
@@Buzzalong.cycling ive ordered the Apidura Bag :) Thx for the recommendation.

Your accent is adorable!

Wait.. but what's that bag under your aero bars?
CYCLITE Handle Bar Aero Bag 01 black | 4,9 liter ? Geez.. Eu 150,-
Yes the handle bar aero bad :)
I don't like top tube bags, I keep running my legs/knees on them, especially when I'm out of the saddle climbing.
the Tailfin one is really good if you have issues with knee rubbing it is tapered at the back and super stable
🇹🇷👏
:)
