6 cup Atta Sugar 3 cups Baking pdr 1n half teaspoon baking soda Half tea spoon mix dry . 2 cups ghee room temp. Or 5 sticks butter mix well n then add whole milk 2 cups Almost in room temp
Mix little by little n dough should be not to tied or too loose.
