WordPress.org is free, you just need to purchase a hosting package and a domain in order to install WordPress.

@@robfilmedit If you are looking for a basic hosting package and will DIY the website, you can get hosting for a few dollars per month. However, to make it more secure and easier to manage, I would recommend a plan that is more like $15 per month...like getflywheel hosting
