"...it is impossible for Russia to remain in its current state... so we should not be afraid if Russia further de-colonizes"
NOBODY is talking about this - we don't need just a victory for Ukraine, we need the complete defeat of Russia and the dissolution of its colonized territories.
Siberia, Mongolia, Yakutz (don't @ me for spelling, that's not the point), etc. ALL of these territories are completely different cultural regions that are currently exploited by Russia for the profits of their resources to be sent to Moscow and they do not determine their own destiny.
What we currently call Russia needs to be free from the dominance of Moscow and become independent states. No different than the breakup of the Austrio-Hungarian Empire.
But no one in the West can even imagine this reality, let alone acknowledge its necessity. Russia breeds imperialists.
The breakup of Russia is going to be inescapable - if this is not a goal, if this outcome is delayed after the Ukraine victory and the fall of Putin, then a full scale WWIII in Europe will be waiting for us in the future.
Just like WWII was waiting for us after WWI.

Through various programs, a new management class of the Russian Federation is being formed from the participants of the special military operation. Through the Time of Heroes program alone, 40 thousand military personnel have already entered the echelons of power, and 530 thousand SVO participants have been registered. They and their family members are provided with various benefits, free training in management, education, etc. About 90 thousand participants of the special military operation have already become part of government structures at the federal level.

Zelensky himself and every single person in his administration all worked for Yanukovich, ousted president who fled to Muscovy in 2014.
