No. Six-Eared-Macaque is dead in JTTW (a glimpse of him can be seen in True ending animation). As Black Myth Wukong is a continuation of JTTW, it is highly unlikely that the Destined One (player) is Six-Eared-Macaque. Moreover, Six-Eared-Macaque is not a reincarnation of Wukong. He is one of four magical monkeys, along with Wukong and two others. Technically, he's a brother of Wukong.

If anyone here has actually read journey to the west book, this isn’t even debatable. Kratos level is at most a mid level god in the book which sun wukong can defeat few thousands of them all together. Not even Buddha can kill him but only seal him. At the end of the book Buddha wukong along defended his master and holy book of buddha from all the monsters of the world, no one dare to touch them..

Kratos isn't immortal. He can be killed. Wukong was never killed, cause he can't be killed. Even if Kratos climbs out of the afterlife a million times, he'll just die a million times.

Here's the scenario:
Wukong is just walking on his way to the West with Tripitaka and the gang. Kratos from behind with the blades of Olympus jumps up and tries to downward slash on Wukong, Wukong wasn't ready, so he was hit, by the strike. Wukong was hurt, but due to his healing abilities, he recovered almost instantly, like when he got his head cut off and grew a new one. He then sends 84,000 Kratos to jump Kratos. Kratos tried as much as he wanted against the never ending herd, but sadly to no avail, Kratos was finally struck down by another Kratos. End of story.
