- In today's video we show you the new format we are working on in the manufacture of modules for Camper XL.
We are also going to tell you about the changes we have made with respect to our previous models made of KIT CAMPER so that you can consider the different options when ordering your manufacture of camper furniture for your vans.
We have redesigned a new camper kit concept for the "Long" or XL van models: Berlingo, Rifter, Combo Life or Connect.
We begin by commenting on the similarity in the assembly of each of the modules, it is really very similar to our previous model with the difference that the rear module had previously been attached to the bed base and is now independent. We were obliged to always carry the mattress on the trip and in this new concept, the mattress is completely independent from the rest of the modules, that is, you can take it or not. If you are not going to sleep there it is not necessary that you take it but if you can take the rest of the modules, this was impossible with the previous model.
The assembly is very simple, first we put the base in position.
The grooves in the base serve as a stop for each module.
We start the assembly with the rear module making sure that it fits perfectly in the slots so that it does not move.
Then we continue placing the modules on the sides that are the drawers, it does not matter which side we start the assembly on.
The important thing is to make sure that the guides are well fitted in their corresponding holes.
Once each of the modules have been placed to couple them together, it is necessary to place the corresponding mounting screws.
Then we will explain how we assemble the bed base in a simple way by means of an assembly of butterfly screws.
For this assembly the help of another person is necessary for greater comfort, since holding on both sides we get it to fit in a moment.
Once the corresponding screws have been placed, we can support the bed base on top of the other module to put the butterfly fasteners in a more comfortable way without having to be holding it.
As we can see in the video, the folding and unfolding of the bed base is a very simple movement, making it very easy to assemble.
We also want to highlight how you can see in the video the qualities of the materials that we use for their manufacture and the detail of their finishes.
The quality of the finishes of each piece of furniture that we manufacture is very important to us because we want to guarantee the full satisfaction of our clients.
In this case, both the sink with its tap and the water installation is optional when ordering your CAMPER KIT, if you don't want it we can do without it, adapting to your tastes and needs at all times.
You should also note that each of the drawers on the outside has a folding table that will be very useful.

Muchas gracias por tus palabras, hemos contemplado encolar todo con esparagos pero en el grosor de 15mm los laterales pueden quedar debiles a la hora de sufrir movimientos laterales, para segurarnos la resistencias preferimos tornillos. No obstante gracias por sus sugerencias.
