this is so freakin beautiful!!!! i have the console version of the sims 3 and the fire meter would prohibit me from building something this extravagant. but i am definitely going to use some of these ideas for future houses. i personally would have added more flowers and a huge garden in the back. cool tennis court idea! it really adds that expensive appeal even tho its just for looks. this house is awesome! great job!

Found that furnishing them first give me the freedom to expand the walls etc before I move onto the next room 😀 It can make overlays abit awkward to get round sometimes so be warned if anybody tries lol
