Hi Dan, what would you think is the best bang-for-buck skill to learn in order to save money on terraced house btl property refurbs, taking into consideration the time/money spent on the upskilling and the tools needed? For example, becoming an electrician would save a lot of money but the lenghty training makes this unfeasable! Maybe dot n dab/ plastering might be a good sweetspot or maybe basic plumbing/kitchen fitting but would be keen to hear your thoughts. I can already do basic decorating prep and painting but dont have any power tools
Hi, Thanks for watching, in my honest opinion you would be better off spending your time learning a skill that would generate you more money than you would save by doing a few property jobs yourself. The trades you have mentioned would take a great deal of time to learn, you would be better off upskill ing in your profession and paying someone else to do it. However, if you really want to up skill in a property trade then my plumber and Electriction are used the most across my portfolio. I hope this helps. Thanks for dropping a question.
Hi Dan just reading your book it’s really interesting done very well the beginning is great a lot I can relate to and then loads of 10/10 information it’s really so good 😃👍 thank you
