- I made several Christmas decorations using a cedar wood frame that my husband made. I thought a deer would look good with the frame, so I used my scroll saw to cut out a deer silhouette. If I had my laser vented, I would have used it instead. I also used a thrifted frame for a Christmas rooster from Decoupage Central. Finally, I used a wood box frame that my sister gave me and another deer silhouette. I think they all turned out cute.

Sandy I'm so happy for you! I want one so bad but can't justify the expense because I just craft for myself and a few family members. My habit just cost me money....doesn't make money! Love the projects today. TFS
I know what you mean about costing money. But the way I figure it, I only live once and going to enjoy what I can. Now if I still had a family living at home it would be different. They would come fist.

Your deer turned out so nice. I like how you added the pine trees. Your other deer looked so good too. Who’s gonna know it’s a piece of card board. I like them both.

Ooh a laser cutter!! My husband insisted I get one too haha He got me the XTool M1 Ultra for Black Friday! It hasn't come in yet (not sure when it does, says preorder online...) but I CAN'T wait, I have SO many ideas. I'm into sublimation at the moment tho and we're having fun with that. Can't wait to see your laser in action. Mine will cut, print, engrave, laser cut, emboss and prob stuff I'm forgetting. It'll be so fun.
