GEP TREE but she has never done ballroom like everyone else besides the professionals. She did have an advantage for the contemporary dance and freestyle because those are styles she has done. She also had an advantage for her flexibility.

I love Kenzie!!! But there is a lot of reasons they didn't first Kenzie needs a lot of improvement and second she had the same amount of training like her sister Maddie who judged the show once!!! Kenzie had 6 years of training!!! So she should be a lot better dancer than she is dancing in the show!!!! Love Kenzie tho💓💓💓!!!!!

I agree. They were consistently clean and they had a very high level of difficulty in their choreography but sky and jk won with very easy and non technical dances. It makes no sense

Everyone is mad cause mackenzie danced when she was little but here called herself just an actor/singer but people don't realize that she doesn't really dance no more and she focuses on acting and singing.
She does dance but not as much as when she was on Dance Moms.She and Sage dance together at the same studio doing mainly Hip Hop but still does acro

It's usually as a way to avoid controversy or claims of bias from other participants or their fans. It's especially true with dance types like acro, contemporary or hip hop that involve a lot of flexibility which lends a lot of transferable skills. See Nicole Scherzinger or Zendaya

Results were disgracefully. Judges Always gave Mackanzie shit over not been open dancer. She was the best Dancer, Mackanzie and Sage should of won. Show is about dance not about been cute kid.

#TRÙTH ALL THE WAY I AGREE I AGREE I AGREE. People say it’s not fair because she’s already a dancer but she l’s never done ballroom which most of these dances are and hasn’t taken consistent dance classes in years. She also not the only one that has had dance experience.
@@habibaradwan3520 actually her advantage her advantage was also disadvantage if you think about if you were in competition and the judges already know you have experience it's more difficult due to the fact you have far more pressure to do better. The other dancers scored were lighter than Kenzie because Kenzie was ranked to point her toes and posture pretty much the basics. Kenzie was judge at harder level that's how the make competitions at an equal level to where it is somewhat fair.

Sandra Ou It doesn’t matter that they’re younger and worked for it. They all worked for it. Every person who competed that season worked for it, even the ones that were eliminated early on. That’s besides the point. Yes, they were good. No one is saying they weren’t. But being good doesn’t mean that people aren’t allowed to think someone else did better. A lot of people think Kenzie and Sage should have won. I agree with that. Even if Kenzie already had a bit of fame and experience, Sage himself was amazing and deserved the win. They were more memorable. I barely remember Sky and JT’s dances. But none of that is discrediting them. Us having this opinion does not mean that they were not good. There’s no need to remind us that they’re people, because no one said anything harsh fo them. People are allowed to voice their opinions, especially considering that this video is literal all about Kenzie. Of course her supporters will be upset she didn’t win.

2 years and still can’t believe that “colors of the wind” the contemporary dance didn’t get all 10’s
The show was rigged so Mackenzie couldn't win because she trained in dance for years, the thing is though, she never trained in ballroom dancing so she should've been judged like the younger kids, it doesn't matter if they had 0 dance experience, don't invite someone to a show if you aren't going to treat them all fairly.

When I "trained" for ballroom (I did not compete but others in my class did) we had to run around the dancehall in our heels for a warm up

Sometimes i wonder what would have happened if she was not on Dance Moms.
She probably wouldnt be as well known as she is now. Dance Moms opened alot of doors for her and all the other girls.
Also because she was 10 then, so I think it’s been 5 or 6 years of not dancing professionally.

For everyone freaking out that she's dancing in heels, there are special heels made especially to dance in. Shes not necessarily dancing in stilettos. I did musical theater for years and wore character shoes - heels specifically for that, that were extra supportive and comfortable. If you look closely at her heels they're not very tall.

I felt bad that Makenzie wasn’t treated equally they have like ten points to the people that can’t dance because they are “improving” and they gave Makenzie sevens because she got training her whole life and she picked up steps quick but If you weren’t gonna treat her like everyone why invite her on the show she should have gotten 10s the whole show if they treated Makenzie equally she would have won

Adipreriv Adipreriv well most ballroom dancers dance in heels, and when your a dancer you get used to stability on your feet when in pointe shoes or on your tips of your toes, so heels are just another obstacle to get used to
Also the heels they wear are made for dancing. They are the same shoes that ballroom dancers wear and certain broadway/cabaret dancers wear
When i started my dance clases i started on heels and it is not hard. I have never walked with heels before. These are made for dancing so it is very confortable
Well I’m a young dancer we have done a few classes in heels and I mean it’s not that hard since we’re used to being on releve (tiptoes) and pointe shoes do it wasn’t that difficult but it was never something this hard so I’m impressed

i can respect the jive. Its a challenging dance. Its fast so technique is impossible, and if you don't have energy it looks slugish. But Kenzie and Sage had the powerful energy and the facials that made it awesome.
I loved this video it’s so crazy to see how much Kenzie has grown as a dancer and she is so mature now. Sage is also such a good dancer and they work really well together
