S1000GT has its own side panniers. No need for textile SW Motech. But sliders against crash is a good idea.

All the good accessories for this bike are available in Europe. I can't source any frame sliders in the US, but I was able to finally source the touring windscreen (a very important accessory) direct from Suzuki as well as tank ring mounted bags. Still waiting for the OEM panniers to arrive, the GT+ is sold with the bags for substantial savings but supply chain issues means that they are shipped to the dealer and installed for free as they become available. Other than that, the only other upgrades I recommend is to replace the stock Dunlops with Michelin Road 6 tires. Found the US site, will be getting the case guards as well as the frame sliders.
Been looking for an aftermarket screen for weeks now. How do you like your suzi screen?
@@kliether33 It makes a huge difference. It directs air over the top well and still maintains airflow through the bottom vent. It's wider to direct more air to the sides as well. If you like to sit tall in the saddle like I do, I've also added a Puig visor to the top of it for even more control. I opted for the OEM touring screen from Suzuki USA, it's high quality, designed by Suzuki in their R&D process and not that expensive, I think I paid about $170 including shipping.
Those lever guards with little wind deflectors look great!

It is very difficult to realize, because every passenger seat is built differently from below and there is usually no space available. // FD
As a Bandit 1200 Sport-Touring rider for many years I can suggest additional: 1) a flat LUGGAGE RACK behind the seat (I don't care for tail-boxes) 2) Additional LIGHTING, no one (especially the huge numbers of DEER in the US) will see you with those tiny specks of light, no matter how bright they are, and also in the rear 3) a TPX radar detector (in the US at least)
