i am a beginner know about 50 or 100 tricks hardest trick i know is choker fan or extend twirl into ring chaplin. not to hard. you are so good at explaining how to do a trick that i can do this trick very well within an hour and i’ve only been playing w balisongs for about 3 months. you are definitely the best bali teacher out there and i thank you for that. keep it up love these tutorials you make things so easy to learn

For the longest time I didn't know how to do this (I still haven't mastered it) but as soon as I did the "swing up then pull" I managed to fan continuously for like 3 seconds

the cs go knives arent ideal but they definitely arent the worst. if you think they look cool id go for it! some tricks might be harder but once you graduate to an expensive knife you will be a master and everythng will be easy.

It kinda sucks to have a $30 knife, so I'm in doubt between the Barebones and the 51, which one do you recommend?
never flipped the bb so I can't say for sure but I'd go for the bm51 for a few reasons. lighter so cuts aren't as bad, pocket clip so you can carry it, and can be easily upgraded with ti scales if you want. both BRS and benchmade are great tho so you can't go wrong either way

Between straight and curved balisongs, which do you prefer and why?
straight balisongs 8 days a week. straight balisongs are easier to flip because of the symmetry - tricks that can be done with either handle never have to be "learned twice". additionally straight is easier for fanning like this trick. at the same time curved balis look bad ass and they aren't the worst. in my opinion if you want the best of both worlds you should have one of each!

This is a fun trick because there's low risk of being cut but it's difficult to get down smoothly and not look like butt hole.
Dang, sucks I have one of those CS:GO knives with a curved blade making it that much harder to learn.

good tutotorial. i got it after you vid i was always holding my arm wrong. hey can you tell me a move or to that i end up in position to do this fan?
there are are some transfers that set up this trick really nice just simple stuff that puts the knife from your left to your right hand upside down. also you can get into it pretty easy from an icepick spin
