I thought about the Injora 1.3, but I think that would be too big. I have fender rub on the stock 1.2. Also, there`s a lot of videos with cling on tires on the EVO. They are sick looking, but it looks as though they don`t give perfomance gains. I have the stock tires with Injora silicone inserts.
I bet the stocks with the yellows are sweet. I cut my fenders on my comp body so they don’t rub. They are for sure big wheels and tires. (They are getting too big in my opinion). There are performance gains for sure with the cling ons but I think the stock tires look better.
Have you tried the Injora silicone tire inserts? I`m thinking about trying them. I don`t want to start replacing things on my evo because it`s so good in stock form. However, I`ve seen a lot of videos on the inserts and they add weight which is good. Good luck in your comp!
I have the yellow inserts in the cling on tires. I haven’t compared them to the tires with the foams so I will be doing a video on that in the near future!
