Insurance companies need to provide Chiro and Massage Therapy in all plans...so sad that they do not see these industries as a must for good well-being.

I had issues with neck spasm so I got a pulse massager from shopcrackneck, there's a ton of cheap alternatives online, and it really helped me out combined with proper stretching and exercise
Yay love seeing a new video with Joseph! But like some in the past videos have said, please consider getting a tripod, that way you guys won't be wasting any man hours and we'll be able to watch the whole massage session without having to be cut short.
