They are Yamaha back ones work as red running lights and break lights as well as indicators the front are white running lights and yellow indicator lights sold by Yamaha
I like the highlighting on your Max. I’ve put nearly 2,000 miles on mine since August and I love the bike but it is a little plain looking all Matt black. Yours looks great by the way. I hope you still have it. 👍👍
Thanks for the like jared yes i still have the vmax 1700 if you search vmax 1700 black exhaust you will see some of the other changes I have done i also have one on TH-cam with the Yamaha saddle bags on
danD06 the only real complaint is the small fuel cell. I’ve gotten my second service done at 2,400 miles and hope to put quite a few more on whenever weather permits. Be safe !
Thanks for the comment The screen is a Yamaha leaf screen sadly no longer available you will just have to keep looking on Ebay but not seen one come up for years

The matte black Vmax is FAR from plain. It’s in fact so AMAZING LOOKING... I bought one.

Oh you got a 2012 too.... I've done about 43k km on it. Beautiful bike...was blue post matte black and now red.

Yes look at other vmax 1700 on TH-cam mine has a tail tidying bracket on the original hangs over a lot more having a 240 tyre on I like to show it
That is a sweet looking V max. Does it still break traction with the 240 rear tire?
these bikes break traction even if you stuff a 300 in

Did you replaced the wheel for the 240? Or is it stock wheel. I have a vmax and i want to change my to 240
Yes replaced the rear wheel to a 240
