thanks alot, btw for some reason Inbox folder not found, and all incoming emails suddenly end up in a different folder, I am gussing I dragged the inbox to another and both were merged. is there any way to fix it?

Buddy this is a great method. But my only concern is, if I send bulk marketing emails using mail merge, for instance if I have 1000 contacts in the list and I want to send email to each one of them mail merge sends one email every second. This could potentially flag my emails as spam. I've tried VBA Code to delay the time for each email automatically, unfortunately it did not work. Do you have anything for me?
