I still don;t understand how much money will I save when I install ZigBee instead of Wifi(power consumption). How Much ZigBee router costs and how many years will it take to pay back this invest.

ROTFL! The picture of the acoustic coupler modem. Not a good analogy. The acoustic couplers could only reach 300 bps - so 300 kbps is a thousand times faster!!! Even the fastest dial-up phone modems did not do much more than 33.6 kbps
