My favourite is the one at bishan Kim San Leng! Been eating it since I was a kid. Standards were way better and definitely more consistent back then but it's still one of the best ones imo because the rice is the tastiest to me and I haven't tasted other chicken rice stalls that make their rice taste quite like theirs.
It had to be Sew that spend the most on a plate of chicken rice 🤣🤣
Yes, support local hawker centers and coffeeshops especially those in older estates, lesser-known ones. These owners are generally selling their foods cheaper for lots of elderlies. BTW, glad that "Tian Tian" isn't introduced as one of them, a little overhyped and more for foreigners in my own opinion.
gizzards are good for you! they have more vitamins that your body needs than you might think (and they're low in fat). organ meat is great
my favourite chicken rice is from: Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice in Bedok Corner. best part it is halal too but made in chinese style

Xing Yun Chicken Rice at Yuhua Market and Hawker Centre. For those who know, Xing Yun served boneless chicken wing rice many many years ago. The chicken wing was so nicely deboned that you actually get to eat the piece of skin which comes off that puny wing tip. After they stopped deboning chicken wing, I have never tasted any other chicken wing rice that comes close. That being said, their normal chicken rice taste very good nonetheless.
Now we know why Sew takes so long to eat her meal 😂

My top recommendation would be Hua Kee at Redhill market! It doesn't have the commercialise taste - if you know what I mean.

My fav is Jubilant Hainanese Chicken Rice. At Pasir Panjang Food Centre. Best I had so far..

Westies can try A & I Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice @907 Jurong West Street 91. Highly recommended. Open at 6am and usually sold out by noon.
Shit … bro don’t expose it .. the queues there at 907 is always very long … keep it as it is .. don’t expose too much .. if not next time we need to queue like crazy for the chicken rice

There is Shi Mei Hainanese Chicken Rice stall at Bukit Gombak. Blk 371, Bukit Batok St 31. Try it, you wont regret it.
