Confidence in the economy and the market is key. As long as people feel confident with the economy they will always buy real estate. The uptake of interest rate won’t affect that. Loved the video and the suit!
That’s definitely a good way to get started. You kind of have to put leg work in for a producing LO, so you really get the hang of the particulars of the loan sales process. That’s super useful to self train, and you often get commission share so it can be good money.
I believe that almost every shop with some exceptions is entertaining remote lo positions lately. I know my friends at fairway do, amerisave, Mutual of Omaha. Anywhere where it’s not like a depository institutions with a specific branch is usually going to at least entertain that idea. Glassdoor can be a good resource for that.

Hi there. There aren’t any specific credit score requirements, however I know that the licensure does want to see that you are “financially responsible”. That being said, I don’t believe there is a minimum credit score for licensure or anything like that.
Hi Brian! So I actually left my last firm to pursue a new venture for myself in the industry (and to focus more on my crypto and sales education passions), but I kept my opera chorus job which pays for my essential living expenses. Once I get the new shop off of the ground, with my current book of business and partnerships, I anticipate I could sustain a hundred thousand dollar a year pipeline or roughly like 8500 a month in the first year or so. When I left my last firm, I was making 12700 dollars a month, because the pay structure was hard-tiered like that. I did get a bonus of 25k as well for exceeding a quarterly sales quota, as well. But between the opera at roughly 50k base a year and what I expect to sell, I think I will probably hit somewhere around at least 130 - 135 safely in that range this year in 2022.

I’ve watched all your videos in preparation for the SAFE test and I honestly have to say you are the best Originator in the game right now at least when it comes to your socials and TH-cam even though I can see you growing a lot more in the near future in all of the different hats you wear when you start a TH-cam channel and following, you can definitely tell you’ve got it down when it comes to sales, and this industry. I’m a videographer, film maker and editor so if you get too busy someday and you need any help with editing I’d be happy to be of value to you! One thing I would love to see from you would be more of your sales background and what specific things you learned back then that’s given you that happy go lucky, but genuine professionalism. You can just apply for a mlo position. Sometimes they don’t require experience
