It seems clear to me that they took some inspiration from the NieR soundtracks. Have you seen the videos I've done on NieR music btw? Watch them here: th-cam.com/video/xvbgZSmapa4/w-d-xo.html&pp=gAQBiAQB
I was not expecting the dubstep! But it really works! It’s mechanical and futuristic which really goes well with the sci fi theme. I love the way the vocals are used in this track, not how you would expect. There is so much to this music, the way it changes and evolves is fantastic. I want to play this now!
@@TheTangerinerto me that’s what is unique about it, it’s a nice spin on regular overworld ost, and the vocals are extremely good reminds me of xenoblade for how well the music surprisingly fits

one helluva extraordinary ost - stellar blade delivered here too! further into the game you'll get to listen to the tachy song - this is the one that hits me in a special way ..
Well that was a very interesting video. Having context of the ending, this song is just awesome. I've heard of the ost reflecting Eve's emptions and that seems to be rather accurate.
Idk what it is about Japan and Korea, but they have incredible music there. (And just art in general) Anime music is sometimes incredible. Some K-pop is really different and interesting. This game is a part of that. I definitely noticed the soundtrack when I saw some people playing the demo a couple months ago. Personally I like jazzy stuff the most. This is like rock/dubstep which I also like. I love it mostly because of how interesting and different it is especially from the rest of the soundtrack too.
It’s funny because talking about unconventional western music for the fast paced ‘alien’ music….welcome to drum and bass, very popular in the west (especially UK). In fact it come from the UK. Korea has some very good DJs for Drum and Bass and other electronic genres. I really like the Abbadon music. I think they’ve made it fit the boss and the fight itself really well. There’s a lot of tracks from this game that just fit and work really well. Whatever the inspiration they’ve done a fantastic job. People forget that music can actually do the heavy lifting for a lot of games and movies.
Amazing soundtrack, deep, character-driven story and hours of exploration - three things the game is really about but no, it's all talk about how she looks smh
¡Hi! Suggestion (Penance never ends, so I will keep doing this :) ) : Vivo from Blasphemous 2. Video: Great video as always. Not the type of music I enjoy but at least the guitar for the transition reminds me of Hades, great game. but yeah, it seems a good OST. Well, that's it. ¡Adiós Davi!
I know this is old by now but before this game Shift Up the company behind this has have a gacha game called Nikke Goddess Of Victory and the music in that game is on the same level as Stellar Blade, Land Eater from the Nikke OST is nice to hear
I thought FF7 rebirth would be a huge win for soundtrack this year but Stellar blade really impressed me. If they leave the whole politics aside this game should at least be one of the best soundtracks for GOTY awards.
The vibes on this entire OST are just stell-- errr, my apologies about that... superb! Yeah that's what I meant haha. Hearing the electronic pop song in the State of Play trailer couple months back was already a great indication of this game having amazing music. You should definitely give a listen to that song! It's called Everglow.
Hi Davi! Been watching you for about a year and have always enjoyed your music analysis and gameplay videos! I really enjoy the Stellar Blade soundtrack, especially with how intense some tracks can get I've been wondering, though, if you're taking any suggestions? Even if just for gameplay streams? I don't know how you feel about fan-made games, but seeing you have played through Undertale and loved the soundtrack, I thought you might be interested in that a few months ago a fan-made version of it called Undertale: Yellow came out after 7 years of being in development, and a lot of people, including myself, had really been intrigued by the quality of the game and soundtrack. Without spoilers, it focuses on a different fallen human and takes place in a distant past so the story is almost completely different. Took me about 12 hours to get through the whole game blindly and I highly recommend it! I think a lot of people would love for you to stream it as well! Cheers!
I was wondering if you would check out Second Dark Matter Battle from Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon? That series has fantastic music, but that particular masterpiece doesn't get covered enough.
Stellar Blade's music sounds very similar to Masashi Mahauzu's (FF7 remake/rebirth composer) Final Fantasy 13 soundtrack with a mix of heavy rock and dubstep (kinda reminds me of DMC 5) rather than Nier. Even the music of the first area has similar vibe to Gapra Whitewood from FF13, especially the vocal. I think you should check out the game's soundtrack most of them are very good, you can start with popular bangers like the one I mentioned, Saber' Edge, Blinded By Lights and Crimson Blitz, Nascent Requiem. Caius's theme. You don't have to make video about them if you don't want to lol. I know the series is hated by basically every FF fans. But the musics slap nonetheless.
Brothers, please do a reaction to Outlast1 music. I will give you a group of music. They are short, so it is better that you do a reaction to a group of them, please. As far as I know, that's not really the point of the refunds though. Depends on how deep you are in the whole woke business, it matters more or less. Most get the refund because of not supporting censorship coming from Sony and because of false advertisement due to the first patch implementing said censorship. The game was supposed to be something like a middle finger to modern woke games and their representation of female characterz which get progressively less feminine and more and more androgynous or even masculine
basically what the dude before me said, but also many people who issued refunds got the physical version instead where you can play the 1.0 version. So it's against Sony's bullsh*t but in support of the dev studio
rule number 1 playing computer related games, never turn on background music or repetitive midi, they could damage your ears and brain, stimulate your brain with only sound effects and some low volume environmental background sounds may be ok.

About half the tracks in the game were created by a studio headed by Keiichi Okabe, the composer of the Nier soundtracks.
Yep definitely love the nier vidbes
Everyone is talking about stellar blade for the wrong reasons.
Two big reasons
Agree. Always the horny not horny but not talking about the GAME
it's to be expected, especially for a game wit character designs like dis
I disagree!
Its nice & cool to just love the characters physics but everyone also talks about Gameplay & Music & Everything else
like actually criminal no one is talking about the gameplay, the music, the story

Oh yeah, this soundtrack is ridiculously good. That whole sequence from Democrawler into Demogorgon = wow
I play Stellar Blade for the huge charisma and larger than life personalities. Oh, and of course, the music.
This games OST is 11/10.

The Democrawler theme is GOATed
A lot of Stellar Blade music was composed and arranged by Oliver Good & Inoue Keita of MONACA, the studio that did the NieR music.
Great video as always! This is my first time listening to Stellar Blade music and it’s so cool. The OST is a good enough reason to pick up the game!
Bro. You MUST do the Democrawler boss theme next. It is hauntingly beautiful.

The OST is incredible. I just finished a fairly late game boss fight which had full on OPERA music. Absolutely amazing 11/10!
tachy bossfight theme and raven are the best for me
This and Raven are probably my favorites.
Oh man this game's music has such Nier vibes it's unexpected--HOLY SHIT DUBSTEP
Tachy's fight and Tachy mode ... for me is my favorite of this game, such, such a good theme.
Please react to Democrawler OST from Stellar Blade !

Indeed! More people should pay attention to this ost! Great video!
The ost is great!! I bet 3 years from now I’ll be reminiscing on how original the sound track was. Still waiting on that Request list theme to drop
