She's constantly pushing her limits, doing everything everything the best she can. She's also really cute and friendly in general. 0:42 - LE. That's not only our charismatic main rapper but she is the composer and songwriter for most of EXID's discography. She's undeniably one of the best rappers in the industry, and is acknowledged by many as such. Her charisma is also crazy but she's actually a whole baby (don't let her fool you). Her friendship with Jeonghwa is the best (they're called Tom and Jerry). Such a hard-worker. 0:58 - Hyelin. As you can see by now EXID's maknae line is on another level. Hyelin might be the lead vocalist of the group but check out her covers and you'll see just how incredible and powerful voice is. During Solji's hiatus, she even took on her high notes which are very challenging and pulled off them perfectly. Did I mention she's extremely funny? She's super approachable, and has such a lovely personality. 01:08 - Solji. My ult bias. I could write essays about this woman because the strength and love that she has is truly amazing. If you checked out their other songs, you might see that she didn't participate in some of them. Despite dealing with hyperthyroidism which forced her to go on a hiatus, she didn't forget about the fans (Leggos) for a single second. She's the main vocalist, personally my favourite main vocal out of all groups (just check out her King of Masked Singer performances, where she won - TWICE) and a leader. As a leader, she is so responsible, even during the hiatus she was constantly with the group, supporting them and showing them love. The chemistry that they have is seriously beautiful. You can always check out EXID showtime, a lot of different series on their Vlive, some variety appearances (Weekly Idol and King of Masked Singer for all members, yes all). Also, their discography is crazy versatile so check out their b-sides. Oh, and just as an example of how much they care about each-other. They shared all of their earnings with Solji while she was on a hiatus. They also almost disbanded, but a fancam of Hani became viral and so did the song. EXID delivers yet again, and this time reminding us why K-Pop is such a special musical genre. Shinsadong and LE are unafraid to play with beats, tempos and melodies. The 90's house break down had me gagging. Their signature sound is so strong, the "EXID Structure" allows for so many variations and from DDD to I Love You there are plenty of differences (and let us not forget that Night Rather than Day and Lady are VERY different beasts).

@Nazrie Adam Well, I'd say it's since it starts with the hook/chorus, the last note of the hook switches to head voice (which seems to be common in western pop/indie), the "I love you like" and "la la la la.." has the same tune, the synthesized beginning of the hook, and the overall vocal tone of the chorus all seem to resemble pretty western vocal trends, but I'm not saying it's a bad thing that it sounds like that.
instead of complaining EXID is so underrated/K-net is sleeping on them blabla why don’t we try our best to help them from streaming MV to buying their music? one sad truth is EXID has already passed their peak time where they got the most attention around 2015-2016 and yes their popularity is declining due to new generation idolgroups. Wanna one was promoting at the same time (iirc that was their last comeback so their fans were going pretty crazy with the voting and stuff). Sadly for EXID, their promotion by the company wasnt great, the promotion period was short (2 weeks, comeback week + only one week chance to win) and even their knowing brother episode was pushed to air after only after their promotion period ended. So we weren’t given much of a chance to get them a win given the competition and lack of promotion in korea. This was actually quite sad for us since this was the first comeback after Solji resumed her activities and it was the first time we weren’t able to get them a win since up and down. Im glad that at least they got more attention overseas (this video was trending in quite a few countries for some time when it came out and its their first MV to get over 1M likes). @Nazrie Adam Well, I'd say it's since it starts with the hook/chorus, the last note of the hook switches to head voice (which seems to be common in western pop/indie), the "I love you like" and "la la la la.." has the same tune, the synthesized beginning of the hook, and the overall vocal tone of the chorus all seem to resemble pretty western vocal trends, but I'm not saying it's a bad thing that it sounds like that.

Winning on music shows is great but it’s ok if they don’t win cause tbh nowadays winning is much easier than last time since everyone has a smartphone to stream/vote... just show them our support, I think that means much more than anything to them. They don’t have to release catchy songs like Up&Down to gain more attention or whatsoever, I will support them no matter what. Wanna one was promoting at the same time (iirc that was their last comeback so their fans were going pretty crazy with the voting and stuff). Sadly for EXID, their promotion by the company wasnt great, the promotion period was short (2 weeks, comeback week + only one week chance to win) and even their knowing brother episode was pushed to air after only after their promotion period ended.
So we weren’t given much of a chance to get them a win given the competition and lack of promotion in korea.
This was actually quite sad for us since this was the first comeback after Solji resumed her activities and it was the first time we weren’t able to get them a win since up and down.
Im glad that at least they got more attention overseas (this video was trending in quite a few countries for some time when it came out and its their first MV to get over 1M likes).

0:25 - Hani. She's the face of the group. She's incredibly smart and has such a unique personality and a sense of humor. She's super funny off stage and is never embarrassed to show her true self but on the stage she's very charismatic. Great at English and has a beautiful voice, especially when she uses her lower register. She is someone you can always count on to make you laugh. Also does a lot of variety.

She's a whole angel who debuted at such young age but it's crazy just how much she improved since their debut (just check Don't Wanna Drive- her vocals? I love them). She's constantly pushing her limits, doing everything everything the best she can. She's also really cute and friendly in general.

She's undeniably one of the best rappers in the industry, and is acknowledged by many as such. Her charisma is also crazy but she's actually a whole baby (don't let her fool you). Her friendship with Jeonghwa is the best (they're called Tom and Jerry). Such a hard-worker.

Hyelin might be the lead vocalist of the group but check out her covers and you'll see just how incredible and powerful voice is. During Solji's hiatus, she even took on her high notes which are very challenging and pulled off them perfectly. Did I mention she's extremely funny? She's super approachable, and has such a lovely personality.
01:08 - Solji. My ult bias. I could write essays about this woman because the strength and love that she has is truly amazing. If you checked out their other songs, you might see that she didn't participate in some of them. Despite dealing with hyperthyroidism which forced her to go on a hiatus, she didn't forget about the fans (Leggos) for a single second. She's the main vocalist, personally my favourite main vocal out of all groups (just check out her King of Masked Singer performances, where she won - TWICE) and a leader. As a leader, she is so responsible, even during the hiatus she was constantly with the group, supporting them and showing them love.
The chemistry that they have is seriously beautiful. You can always check out EXID showtime, a lot of different series on their Vlive, some variety appearances (Weekly Idol and King of Masked Singer for all members, yes all). Also, their discography is crazy versatile so check out their b-sides.
Oh, and just as an example of how much they care about each-other. They shared all of their earnings with Solji while she was on a hiatus. They also almost disbanded, but a fancam of Hani became viral and so did the song. And we couldn't be luckier they're still making music today.
Please support this comeback, as their contracts are gonna expire next year. Let's show EXID is still strong so they can continue making amazing music for us.
