  • In this video podcast, Pete Scazzero of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship shares two of the five marks of a highly-differentiated leader.
Everything rises and falls on the character and inner life of the leader. The apostle Paul seemed to believe so as well. In 1 Timothy 3:1, he writes to his spiritual son Timothy that “whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task.” The great need of our day is for us to become godly, highly-differentiated leaders while developing other leaders in the same way.
Highly-differentiated leadership is the pathway to freedom, a lighter yoke, less worry, better relationships, clearer goals, and more joy! Check out the podcast and learn how to become one today.

I have listened to both sessions on this topic. I want to jump start a discussion at Sunday's board meeting. Thanks for all that you are doing to help the Church. I pray renewed strength for you, Pete, and for your family!

Hi there, Pastor Scazzero! Thank you for raising the awareness in the world of whole-person health in Ministry. I am wondering about the best wording to include the term "emotionally healthy leaders" in a ministry vision statement. If you had one phrase to sum up an "emotionally healthy leader" that could fit into a vision statement, how would you phrase it succinctly? We don't want to just leave the wording as an "EH leader" bc sadly as yet most ppl don't know what emotionally healthy actually means (many ppl think they represent it and have a ways to go). Any advice most welcome on one phrase that sums it up. Thank you!
