I've seen how electrical wire is made properly, and this is definitely NOT it. I guess they've never heard of quality control, e.g. testing the consistency of the insulation thickness, checking the conductor/insulator concentricity, carrying out an HV spark test to detect pinhole defects in the insulation etc. About all this wire is fit for is baling - I certainly wouldn't trust it as a safe electrical conductor.
I wonder how many fires and trippers they have? I wired houses for most of my life. I've seen bad wire, but what people do to it in ignorance is crazy.
they are making the 3rd class of aluminium wire. the price of these cables are 50% - 60% of the good cable, hell sometimes price are even 80% of the good cable.
classic Pakistani technology. again, everything is shabby, the wires hang like snot on the walls, the canopy is like a garbage bag. two poor fellows with wire cutters - it is quite possible to put a guillotine, as primitive as rollers and save a lot of effort and time for cutting. they write that these cables are brought from somewhere - this is not the case, recycling is in all normal countries, it often looks almost the same. but manufacturing is something else entirely. the wire must comply with the standard, and this applies primarily not just to bare wires for suspension, but to high-voltage cables for underground laying.
So that's where 1st world scrap wires go to be recycled - Pakistan. It appears this is an. insulation recycling plant, rather than recycling the electrical conductors inside the scrap wires. I guess they go to another plant that melts the aluminium into ingots, and then to a wire extrusion plant
Oh, that’s how they make those sprinkle things that go on cupcakes and cakes
Imagine if that plastic chipper was in Fargo

This is the same level of WTF that experienced pharma people have when they see typical Asian manufacturing.

At the end that wire coiling up by itself was interesting.
Wow very nice
So that’s where the sprinkles for donuts come from. Who knew?!
Nice job

They do the best they can with the resources they are given
@@johnshield7157 No, they don't use it, they just drag out their existence without trying to improve anything.
Only place other than the movies that it’s ok to grab molten hot plastic with bare hands?
Wonder what the temperature rating is on that insulation?
Well, it is a thermoplastic, so I am thinking 50 to 60C
What do you mean, rating?
@@AMatofFact What the maximum temperature is that the wire can be used at. hth
@paulkurilecz4209
What temperature rating, are you serious?
It is plastic, take it and go.
