@@dedan2 agree 100% and they knew that resident would not go for it which is why they waited until the developments were practically sold out before they announced it. Its so disrespectful, $30 million dollars just to live beside a gas station and 24 hrs 7 days per week noise, congestion and random people basically in your back yard.
You see, that’s the thing, persons might have bought the Port Ridge houses, but many haven’t moved in as yet and there may not be a strata committee created as yet, who could argue against this. The developers only care about selling houses and don’t care. Phoenix and current port ridge residents need to come together and fight this.
You getting a lot of land space which means you have the freedom to add on down the road, apart from PhoenixPark this is definitely attainable and not a bad price, considering housing that’s in and around the area are priced in the higher 20’s to 30 mil.
This is almost 2 years in and sold out as other have alluded to. If new units coming out and price is going to be increased then I am not sure why you would title your vid at house for 18m still showing the same old model unit knowing that's no longer the case.🤨
@@ChriSamzProperties I get that and I have heard this elsewhere, however the contention is you post the price from 2 years ago showing the same model we all been looking at for 2 years (I personally went and look) on a brand new video titled saying what someone can get for that old price knowing quite well that the new units will not be for that price. I am saying that is a bit deceptive and leaning towards looking for content as @tinachambers1376 said. If the new units will still be sold for the same price (which is never normally the case with these developers) then I would relent but at this time I feel like you just a try pull a fast one talking about boundaries and such on units that are all already sold out.
With all due respect I don’t go out my way to do a video just for content. We have people here who make their request daily and those who are actively seeking to find a property. It was clearly stated in a previous video the state of the development and that the price is subject to change. You are entitled to your opinion but it would be nice if you check the comments or the very least keep up with the progress of the videos before you leave these comments to turn others the wrong way.
Keep doing your thing My brother! Keep up the good work of keeping us informed! 👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks, Will do
The land space on these units are unmatched on the market. You won’t see these prices again on the open market.

Did you sign up online to be apart of the waiting list? If not, at this time the list is currently full.
Yes I did
What do you think of the portmore promanade being built exactly beside port ridge
I think it’s crap. Big mall beside ‘upscale community’, I can imagine the traffic and foot traffic. It makes no sense

@@ChriSamzProperties ok ty
I'm interested
I thought these units were finished and sold out. I saw it on property viewers over a year ago.
They will be having more for sale soon
@@ChriSamzProperties ok
Hurry and open them man wa mi house
Needs 2 bathrooms or at the very least a powder room.
Why all these developments only allows for expansion to the back. Tired of it. Why can't we get houses with sufficient land space sideways?
Where is the laundry room?? 1 bathroom for 18 mill?

@@challis2009 i hear u...yes the land has space for addition but a small utility room or an extra bathroom wud av been better
