They always do, a lot of them are setups without punchlines and punchlines without the setups. It's ridiculous.

If it wasn't said already, the hamburger joke was in reference to Alonzo "Hamburger" Jones. He says hamburger after every joke he tells, pretty much to let you know the joke is over and you're supposed to laugh.

It’s just we African/African Descendants and Indigenous Australians, didn’t decide to be labeled “Black”. Especially as a demeaning characteristic.
It’s all colors, cause multiple people share colors with each other, and have different genetics backgrounds.
