Santa's health was a result of many Christmas's where people want excessive amounts of stuff and crazy varieties of tech and expensive items.
Stewie and Brian go through a drama with one house and don't even get the right one so they show the world what they have done to Santa after they wake up to no gifts.
That 72 virgins joke was the best!

The Alah joke with Santa was basically a nod to the fact that Saint Nicholas (AKA Santa Claus), although a Christian of Greek descent, was actually from a town in what is now Turkey.
A lot of sites of Christian significance are located in Turkey, such as Balıklıgöl - When Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) was thrown into the fire, only to survive by the Will of God.
I really don’t think that is the basis of the joke… Saint Nicholas was around centuries before the birth of Muhammad. Most of the early (think pre-schism era Christianity) figures were from and lived in the the Near East or North Africa, as Christianity was hardly even known in much in Europe, especially outside of the Roman Empire.
I think it was just a joke poking fun at the sometimes jarring religious deathbed quotes from historical figures to celebrities. To Americans (where the show is from, and for the most part aimed at) it would just be something that would make many raise their eyebrows at the instant worries/fears in their subconscious, and to then to acknowledge but laugh at that uncomfortable reaction that many would have if they heard that IRL.

It does make you wonder about the people who think what’s in the bible actually happened. Maybe some of it might have but come on. Let’s be real. No one wants to say it but religion has done nothing but cause a lot of problems throughout history. Sure maybe it’s helped some people but it’s not worth the millions that have been murdered simply because they believed in something different.

I think there's some misunderstanding about the role of "religion" in human conflicts. I think most conflicts were just human vs human over resources and as such, each culture would ask their higher power to help it work in their favor.
But it was mostly the 3 abrahamic faiths(Judaism, Islam, and Christianity) that pushed their faiths more. Until the romans adopted Christianity and fed our current mindsets until Christianity was one of the most widespread faiths. And so humans made god vs god to make their cause seem more just. And it just got out of control and we get our current "system".
