Great ingenuity man. If you have these parts laying around or just the desire to build it yourself this is well done and looks to be designed well enough to be "safe". Just curious if you bought the parts and how much they ran you. You can pick up a 12 ton press at HF for about $100, but I've got a 20 ton bottle jack and some nice steel sitting in the garage... Why not spend $100 in man hours building one out of unused parts for the satisfaction of doing it yourself. You have me intrigued. Nice work on this!

Can make an video on oil press machine made at home?
Great project, thanks! But, couldn’t you get the rocking out of the base? Casts serious doubt on your craftsmanship, and attention to detail, and therefor your engineering judgement. Those are some serious, expensive forged lifting rings just to anchor those puny springs. They do look real nice and pure, though, not like some cheesy bent wire, which might have done the job. Got a bigger, heavier press in the works? Eager to see. I’d like to see how you might make some bending equipment, too!
I grew up playing with erector sets. This project is going to be so much fun.

I have completed my version of the Press and bought a brand new jack but now I can't get it to work, air purge doesn't seem to do the trick!
Base should be longer to make it stable

Everything is good until it isnt.... like he said, material is a bit on the thin side. It may not break at first but over time it will probably start warping and bending... unless you hardly ever use it
This is fine for few tons - maybe like 5-8t

يعني لازم مقاسات اعمله كما يتفق مع التوفرعندك إذ زاد اونص لايهم المهم انه متناسب نظريا وخلاص ثم انك لاتتقيد بماصنع غير بعض التصاميم انا صنعت واحد أكبر باستعمال الجنل وليس الزاويه
