    love dacquoise, easier to make than macarons 😉 first time I made one was over 40 years ago for my eldest son's christening lunch. Never seen a dessert disappear so fast😉😊😉😊

    What was your oven temperature? I always have mine not crunchy at all. Wonder what happened TT
