That's really hurt when my random build 79 lvl Diluc deals more damage than fully build c4 Dehya (
Diluc has the highest plunge attack scaling. Diluc is 223% at level 10 Dehya is just 186.29% at level 10
I mean if you built Dehya HP not expecting much
