Wow I am so glad I came across your video. I am planning to start wholesale. Selling retail is not working out for me I decided to follow the whole sale route. I will definitely give Faire a try😍
Hi, looks so pretty 😀
Ty!!!!!
Thanks for watching! 💕
Hiya what’s the discount code for Faire? Didn’t see it in the description Ty
Do u know if they buy melt and pour soaps
Where did you get the biodegradable shrink wrap from? Thanks! Love the video!
The entire system along with the film is from National Shrinkwrap System 😊
hey, just found your video and you have great advice! I too feel the same way about white labeling. I feel like I put so much time and creativity in my products just for others to slap their label on it. Im just wondering how did you get more understanding of that and what helped you?
Thank so much! and would love to see more wholesale videos :)
I will talk about this in my next wholesale video! Im aiming for next Saturday 😄
@@sudsysoapworks awesome! cant wait!
@@sudsysoapworks Also would love to know how you like faire now and what are your thoughts now :) thanks!
Do your labels have your business on them or just the soap name
Hi, will you make a video, about how you do you calculate and pricing your products wholesale and retail price?
Yes a video on pricing is coming very soon!!
Wonderful information! Thank you! I was wondering if you could adjust you sound because the music just blares and we can barely hear you talk if volume is reduced. Thank you!
I’ll be sure to have it reduced in future videos!
Hi! Thanks so much for the info! How much inventory did you prepare for wholesale? I'm not sure how much to start off with haha
You’re welcome! 💕 I bulk buy all of my ingredients and most of my wholesale products are made to order, besides my soap. You can set your processing time higher and make to order so you don’t have to keep a stock. At least to start out with so you get an idea of how much you will need to have on hand! I just started bulk producing my products and typically keep 20-50 items each in stock. If you don’t want to do “made to order” I would suggest 20-30 of each item if you have 15+ products. If you have less than that then I would do 30+ of each. Honestly it all depends what you are selling.
@@sudsysoapworks That's so helpful, thank you! :) I started selling soap just last year, and one of my goals this year is to start selling my soaps wholesale. I wasn't sure if Faire had a "made-to-order" option, but I'm happy to hear that there is! And then hopefully, eventually, I'll be able to produce in bulk like you do :D I wish you all the best in your business!
It’s not necessarily a “made to order” option, I just extend my processing time to 15-21 days. Once you start keeping inventory you can decrease your processing time (which will bring in even more sales). For soap right now, I make about 4 loaves at a time and allow the wholesale customers to buy in sets of 5. When I first started in January I would make 2 at a time! My minimum order threshold is $150 but you can set that at whatever you would like. I’ll be making a more in-depth video in the near future explaining all this 💕 I wish the best for you and your business as well! 🥰 thanks for watching!
@@sudsysoapworks that would be wonderful! I’ll keep an eye out for your next video 😊
@@sudsysoapworks Hey, just wanted to update you! Literally yesterday, I used your referral link to apply for my shop (Castle Crafted), and I just got approved today! Super nervous but excited to start this new chapter! Thanks for your help :)
Where do you get your mica pigments from that you used for you soaps and body butters?
All of my micas are either from nurture soap or mad micas 😊
Thank you. Im wondering if I should try faire with wholesaling my body butters and body scrubs and whips as well? I know thats still skincare but i dont see any info on this particular product. What is your take on that?
@@preciselyavri7944 my body butters and scrubs are doing really well on there, especially right now for body butters!
Hey does your Brand Referral code in the description still work? or did it expire?
Yes it should work! Here is the link as well:
www.faire.com/apply/sudsysoapworks
I applied and still waiting on a response as to when i can start selling. 😢
Hmmm I have no refer links to join faire & I got approve. Makes no sense how you got denied at first kinda weird.
It could have been because the waitlist was too long. Many get waitlisted! I have heard from other brands getting denied, but got approved with a referral link.
Edit: also a referral link isn’t a guarantee, I just find it can boost your chances of getting approved when you are vetted through another brand!
@@sudsysoapworks guess I got lucky
