The sole purpose of the mask is to protect my beard from getting constantly pulled. (Hint; it's not covering my nose). I appreciate your concern.

It’s unfortunate that my wearing a mask in a video is a bit much for you, for anyone else watching; if you’ve had thesame issue I had and don’t care about rude remarks, you should try it.
Watching bird dominate black and brown belts makes me realize how different the levels are to this.

Like Bird, I too have shitty cardio, and can completely empathize with "exhausted jujitsu." I can also understand him bypassing the "at the moment" moves to secure more "best in my arsenal" moves. Especially when rolling with larger guys. But the commentary is dead on, & definitely gives me something to think about in my training. Awesome work, boys!

Bird needs to roll harder to up his cardio. i use to have his reserved game savoring energy. I started rolling hard all out and my cardio went up. Been a year now of that and my cardio peeking right now. Also yes you will lose rounds and positions in the process of going all out but has paid off for me currently
