GOD do i not regret not finding this Channel before.....i have my 12th board exams going on right now and lets just say it has been stressful as hell.....i was struggling to focus on studies as well as have been short on sleep for like almost 2 weeks now.....this video helped me so much like so so much....THANK YOU SO MUCH EMMA!!i feel sooo much better now...please this "sleepy speaking" is so good!!! Hi, I’ve followed you for years and years. I would like to make a request. Can you please make a video, of a Chinese tea ceremony. I was in China many years ago on a work trip, and watched a lady make us tea while I was in a meeting, and I feel asleep in the meeting! High quality Blue Lotus EO and Moringa oil are extremely expensive.
blue lotus is amazing but I will advise people to be careful consuming it because there is a chemical in there similar to what vets give dogs to induce vomiting. I drank some and I felt great but my buddy was neck deep in the toilet vomiting profusely lol
