Lots of people saying Fluid sac, frankly it's not something necessary until maybe canto V it would be good to have it but is not required so just pull gacha and in one of the pulls you will probably get a healing ego

I saw lot's of "get fluid sac" in the stream, if you truly need an E.G.O, then you should aim fo rYi Sang's WAW E.G.O Sunshower. It's like fluid sac in a way but instead of healing it prevents damage, and also buffs your pierce/sloth characters, for the same and the next turn, and it actually deals a bunch of aoe damage unlike the sac. It's the strongest E.G.O in the game and it often takes a while for new players to realize this as fluid sac ist pitched way more.
