Absolutely heartbreaking situation. It’s so ironic for me to say this being a First Responder myself who has had to stand and salute my fallen comrades on their final journey home, but for me personally, as incredibly sad and gut wrenching as these LODD processions are, I actually find solace and comfort knowing that the community and my First Responder family see me and recognize the sacrifices made every time we clock in for our shifts. The sea of flashing lights, flags, and everyday citizens lining the roads to pay their respects makes me remember why I chose a life of service! My sincere condolences and heartfelt best wishes go out to the colleagues and loved ones of these fallen HEROES, and I wish nothing but the best for the third member who is fighting for their life in hospital right now! Thank you to all of the other law enforcement members, first responders, and medical teams who are grieving the loss of two brothers, and thank you to those who are still battling to keep that third member alive! From myself and all of the other Emergency Services family in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, please accept our condolences, thoughts and prayers! We stand with you in honouring the lives and ultimate sacrifice of these everyday heroes! We wish a speedy recovery to the injured member and hope for a full recovery! Rest easy brothers! 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦
Watching this video reminds me of the procession that occurs on the Highway of Heroes for the fallen soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. The procession is when the Body of the Fallen Soldier is brought from the Airforce Base where the plane landed and was then taken by the coroner and brougack to the morgue. This procession takes place on Canada’s biggest Highway which is called the 401. The portion of the highway that is traveled by the funeral procession was renamed ( The Highway Of Heroes ) in dedication for the fallen. Though first used so the public could stand and salute to pay respects for our soldiers, now people stand and salute when we lose our other Heroes, FIRST Responders. POLICE 👮♀️ and FIREFIGHTERS 🚒.
@@brianmatthewsj5851 couldn’t agree more! The Highway of Heroes is such a beautiful tribute to our fallen heroes! I had the honour of standing along the procession route during the funeral service for two of my local comrades from the Edmonton Police Service last year and it was so touching to see the thousands of everyday Edmontonians (and even visitors from across Canada and around the world) standing alongside my fellow First Responders and I paying their respects to our fallen brothers. It still brings a tear to my eye picturing the sea of dress uniforms, flashing lights, and Canadian flags all there for these two police officers and their loved ones! I hope that the families and loved ones of the two fallen deputies and their injured colleague feel that same love!
Sad You individuals who can stop for a moment and say Thank you Officers 1st Responders , Who do sacrifice their lives for safety. What if it was your Family member your spouse Your Friend your neighbor. Seriously show some respect.
In the Air Force they told us to treat the police like an occupying force, don’t help them or talk to them. Cops do a lot of illegal shit and up to 40% commit domestic violence.
This is so heartbreaking my heartfelt condolences and prayers to the families of the two fallen deputies and to the PBSO right before the holidays so so sad and tragic God Bless you all and keep u safe Rest in Paradise Sirs thank you for your service you have my respect🙏🙏🇺🇲🔵
The initial reports here in PB County were that one officer's bike would not start so he called the other 2 over to help him. While on the side of the road a woman was driving and she was not paying attention. She veered off the road and when she finally realized it she jerked her wheel and over-corrected and lost control. I'm thinking she was texting while driving. People do it here ALL THE TIME. Every other car is looking at their phones. If that's the case she needs jail time.
They were doing traffic enforcement on Southern Blvd. Traffic was slow; a woman over compensated her vehicle as it is a soft shoulder and the man in front was naturally going slow. She was trying to pass him.
What a lot of rude people responding. Keep your comments off TH-cam at moments like this. Lease show RESPECT if you know what word means. You people are u forgivable.
@@jmjfanss The rude comments here are likely from criminals. The general public can and will call on police when necessary and abhor this careless accident.
This is a heartbreak 💔 news. The laws about texting and driving need to be reinforce, too many old people drving in Florida, to many illegals and too many people texting and driving that are careless to drive.
Why was she never charged for the deaths ? I bet she was on her phone talking texting or on the web or social media while driving. She needs to spend the rest of her days In Prison . I hope the officers family sue her to the end of time
Sad for the loss of lives, but angry for taxpayers money wasted in unnecessary expenses like this “Parade “, use this money to help their children get paid their college tuition instead of spending it in ridiculous ceremonies like this that also create traffic jams and make other people lose time and money.
@robertpalmer3166 nothing silly about it. I don't appreciate footing the bill for unnecessary government spending. Want to form a procession? Use your own car and pay for your own fuel

There's no words for this kind of tragedies. May these heroes RIP 😥
not heroes, just revenue collectors
I am sure that you are the first to call 911 when in a dire situation. Typical of an ungrateful coward.

Rest in peace deputies, your sacrifice will not be taken for granted. Rest easy brothers.
Everyone is in a rush to go nowhere ,all could have been avoided if the lady driver wasn't in rush to pass the car un front of her😮
Exactly. Speeding without real driving skill.
Or if she just stayed in the yankee state she came from
Happened 10 mins from where i live may them officers rip🙏🏾🕊️💙

thank you, now i don't like what the police has done to the american people either, but we got to respect their families at this time.

South of Jupiter people drive like they're on drugs.
I wonder who is watching the "bad guys". Did they hire out of town or they made a truce? What's the name of their victim?

Wow so sad
pedestals are bad.
RIP support the blue !
Waste of taxpayer money respecting government tyrants who don't respect said taxpayers at all
Who’s paying for this? That’s like $10,000,000 worth of wages and equipment.
The taxpayers of course
We pay for this parade while they continue to ask for help in solving the cases involving normal Americans.
Show respect, you fool! Your taxes on a single don't pay for anything.
@brody8838 respect for what? Uvalde? LMPD throwing slushies at Americans from unmarked cars? Clearwater PD selling hard dru.....?
@brody8838 "we pay for this parade".. my statement is true, regardless of your opinion.
@DebbieOnTheSpot I'd rather see my money spent on fallen heros than illegals! Not all are paid, I can tell you many are off duty
A bit much
Probably $50,000 worth of taxpayer funded wasted fuel
Why are these processions necessary?
To make you ask silly questions.
@robertpalmer3166 nothing silly about it. I don't appreciate footing the bill for unnecessary government spending. Want to form a procession? Use your own car and pay for your own fuel

Thanks for messing up traffic.
not sad. these are the same guys who will arrest a mother for letting her 10-yr-old son walk to the store. good riddance.
now that's enough!
No 10 yr old should be walking to store, by themselves in these times
This is one tough pill to swallow. 😢❤😢 🫡 ❤. Love for the families.
Can you guys stop covering for Bradshaw ? He’s sick and just had surgery that’s why he’s not readily available
Good
I’m so fed up with the arrogance of police. This is ridiculous
Who care? They doing to much crime and God speaking

please say they were marshal county AL
What a complete waste of our tax dollars. Being a cop is a risky job. Get over it, and move on.
