Arts boosts actually technically do work in PVP as they increase attack stats and increase power level

Ultra mui kit: this character has all the unique abilities like counters rising rush on standby or on battlefield, pv's gets cancelled even if this character exists in your party, his unique gauge gradually decreases over time (it takes 160 timer counts to get the gauge to 0). If the enemy uses ultimate his blue card can take over the ultimate, whenever this character enters the battlefield puts enemy vanish gauge to 0 (*activation count resets) rising rush can do aoe damage
