Another one let's gooooo, and you got some snare sticks this time lol, this groove is cool and idk if it's just me but are those tenors and some snares out of tune?

I made a very specific point to ensure I had proper sticks for each element ;)

I agree. Setting was different too. Inside - more players. Never know what I’m going to get making stuff up on the fly.

The tenors are the only ones actually standing up straight

i don’t like how he started with a sixteenth note groove then tried to make it a triplet based groove

    negative comments suck
do people not realize how hard it is to just learn smthn on the fly too? like they're trying their best
the tenors may need some slight tuning changes and maybe the basses too but thats not the point
this elitist bullshit when it comes to drumlines is ridiculous, let people have fun, dammit!

Bass drums need tuning so bad

@@shaanfliesplanes I feel you man, but I will request everyone to be a little lenient with us! COVID was a hard time for all of us, and the normal guys who tune our drums weren't really able to do so. This was also the last time these drums would be marched, as they had been used and abused for over a decade! A lot of the problems in the bass drum tuning was partly do to warping in almost all of the rims; from the wear and tear you'd imagine 10 years of high schooler drummers would inflict! As for the zones, they seem pretty fine from what I see in the video. Especially given that the other quad player beside me, one with long red hair, was actually a bass drummer! We've only just now been recovering fully from the effects of the pandemic, and it's only been uphill since this video!

Dude... What was the issue? He was having fun with some highschoolers. Stop trying to show off and be a teacher and just enjoy this guys positive energy and kindness. I'm a percussionist, and you don't see me being negative and trying to correct everything he does. You're probably just trying to make yourself feel like you're better than him or something, but it's not cool. It's just rude.
