I still love that Big Dom stood up for his boys. He JUST put his hand on their chests to back them up and de-escalate them, but I understand that this is over the line. It is not his job to break up players fighting, but I think it was the right move regardless.

warner pushed him into the ground, after he made a legal tackle to the side (which was the only way for him to do so, given the circumstance of his needing to make a stop there- is he supposed to not tackle at all?). warner retaliated to this by shoving him headfirst into the ground. you would also get pissed off, especially in that moment of that particular game.
If I got shoved in the back of the head ( where he was seriously injured in college) I would get pretty defensive too especially since that dirty ass cheap shot could have reagrrovated the injury

@@angelomendez8998 Anytime I have seen a "suplex" worthy of a flag, its usually been much worse. That was a weak "suplex" like tackle and it was more to DK's side. Also, there is a very good chance DK couldnt see if Warner still had the ball, so you cant say it was late. Was he probably heated? Yeah. Did he tackle him a bit too aggressively because of that? Sure. Did Warner retaliate by slamming into the back of DK's head/back (not entirely sure where he hit)? Also yes. Both should be flagged there. DK did deserve to be tossed out because of his further retaliation, but Warner still should have had a flag thrown. If not for unnecessary roughness, than block in the back at the very least.
