My favourite part of these guest podcasts is when the person gets to talk about their passion. Xisuma about music, Mumbo about photography, Scar about Disney theme parks etc. It just brings me so much joy to hear the passion and excitement in their voices, even when it’s a topic I’m not particularly interested in! There’s something so special and it feels like an honour to get to witness it
YES ! Spot on, i love listening to other peoples interests as well, what they enjoy about it and why they enjoy about it and the deep detail they go into. It's fantastic, i look forward to more hermit podcasts :D
What is the most interesting about X is : he can do nothing halfways. He does things, and everytime, be it minecraft, content creation, his health, music, he gets deep into it and becomes sort of an expert. It's the core of real passion I guess : the need to know, understand and acquire things completely. Not just loving stuff, but becoming one with one's passion subject.
Yes, and it is intentional, as he said in part 1. He chose, one day, to get intentional, particularly about being creative. That mindfulness has clearly followed into everything he does. ❤
He reminds me a lot of a good friend of mine, who acts the same and is so passionate that he kind of gets obsessed with things. In 2020 he started playing chess, soon he wouldn't stop talking about it and asked to play in every occasion. By now he has read a dozen of books, watched hundreds of matches on YT and Twitch, created a chess club at our university and started playing tournaments. At first I played with him everytime we met, but after some months I didn't have a chance anymore :D
X is a philosopher.. i wish i could see his face and expressions, i'm sure they would be so powerful. that will probably never happen, and i respect his privacy/safety, but man, he has such a beautiful mind.
Imp and Skizz on their own are great, but I love their interview episodes. They ask such insightful and interesting questions and are genuinely great interviewers. Always a delight
Especially skizz’s interest to learn about another person is helping making this podcast great in my opinion. Not neglecting impulse of course, they are a whole package. But I just love skiz’s mentality.
Man I love X. Over the years he’s become one of my standby comfort channels. More than that, the way he interacts with, talk to, and about people has lead to him being someone that I just genuinely have a huge amount of respect for and admiration of his character. The amount of grace and thoughtfulness he gives to other people has taught me a lot. He’s a good content creator, but he’s an even better person.
42:00 As someone who has struggled very severely with depression and is now doing much better; there is so much truth to this. When I first started going to therapy the first thing my therapist asked was whether I was exercising regularly. I thought it was a dumb first question but over the months he got me to start exercising and it was practically night and day how I lived life and perceived the world. I wasn't immediately cured and I sure wasn't happy for a while but all of a sudden things seemed possible. Depression isn't really something that ever goes away let me tell you, but exercising and eating better is so much bigger than some people give it credit within the mental health space.
The way you can hear Xisuma smiling when he talks about the Hermit rap and how that went. Its so lovely to hear him talk about something he's, and they all are so passionate about!
When Xisuma was talking about having a deep connection to music, I feel similarly to my art. I have such a strong connection to my artwork and I feel that connection every time I draw. It’s nice getting to relate to people being passionate about their work.
I’m 18 and currently in a rock band. We started giging over the summer and we played a show almost every weekend. We play classic rock like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. I enjoy music but what I really love is psychology and philosophy. This episode put me in a happy place. Not necessarily because I agreed with it all, but because it was being discussed. Y'all are great! And thank you to Xisuma for joining! 😊
I found myself multiple times saying “true” or “wow” at a bunch of the amazing statements Xisuma made. As always such a great podcast! Also I love using :) too
The chemistry between all 3 of your guys intelligence is amazing to listen to. It makes me want to beg for X to be a permanent member of the podcast. It could be huge for everyone that listens to this podcast based on the amount of value of information and ideas bouncing off each other that came from this podcast. Wow. Just wow.
I love how X always manages to take such a level headed view of things. It also made me smile when Skizz talked about just booking his haircut so then he had to get there. I have recently decided to take the same approach to ultramarathons!
Duude X talking about being a blank slate as a kid hits home for me. I haven’t really heard anyone else talk about that! I didn’t feel like I was a person until I was about 16
I found a tiktok talking about how for helping to bring habits into your routine if you've really fallen out of them or if you're dealing with adhd, setting up a red, yellow, green light system can be helpful. Like red day is the bare minimum, yellow a bit more, and green would be like your ideal goal. It goes along with talking about how sometimes with working out you just have to do something small even to just do it. this has been such a good one and very interesting =)
I'm a Metalhead and have a huge passion for Music and I can't tell you how excited I was the very first time I learned that some of the Hermits such as Ren, Xisuma, and Doc were into that genre too, being big into Horror and Metal I kind of feel alone a lot of the time, majority of the time people have either a negative reaction, or say something passive aggressive like "Well I guess everyone has something weird they enjoy" or something like that It was just comforting to know not alone in the Minecraft/Hermitcraft Community with my other Passions
I love these podcasts with other content creators. And X speaks to me with the passion he has for music. I feel the same way about my art and drawing. - I feel like Lizzie, LDShadowLady, would be an interesting choice of an “interview”. I mean she lives of the dream of making Minecraft content with her soulmate who she met through gaming! I’ve been watching her since I was 6, 10 years now, and I would love to hear more about her journey
I always enjoy the podcast, but today for some reason I had and epiphany. In my life I have been dealing with a dangerous narcissist that came to an end. My epiphany was, "I don't care" translates to "I have no control of this situation." Don't ask me how I got this from your chat with X... But I did. Oh, and I looked up the Hermit Gang Rap song which was fantastic.
A beautiful realization. Wishing you the best in continuing to identify and self-introspect in hard times and remove the negative influences around you that are holding you back.
57:45 this. Exactly this. I always think that me watching and commenting implies that i love their videos. I'm sure my comment on your guy's pet peeve episode could have been taken in a mean way (despite me retyping it many time to try and be as kind as i can) I love these episodes and i love watching you guys. I might not agree with you guys all the time but i like learning how others see and understand the world. As such i really enjoy the interview episodes.
I can relate to the exercise and mental health bigtime!!! 2012 I was diagnosed with depression by a VA hospital in my area. It was bad enough that I ended up in the emergency room. After spending about a year on meds, I'd had enough and I started running a few times a week. Not really keen on running, but I liked how it made me feel. I finally felt like I was able to stop the meds and I took myself off of them and kept up with the running. In 2016 I ran my first and only half marathon. I really learned a lot just from training for it. It also helped me remember how well I can push myself. It boosted my mental health tremendously!
Love the episodes where it’s just imp and skiz chatting themselves, but wow they are really good at these interviews, keeping them light at times and being super deep and insightful at others and bringing out super insightful responses from the guest. Can’t wait to see who they get on here next
This is my favourite podcast hands down. I love the lessons skizz puts out. He may look funny and weird, but he wise. Impulse is Impulse. LOL Love you guys. Dont stop podcasting. Hopefully, there will patreon or something we can contribute to get it going as well. :D PS: Atomic Habbit is a brilliant book. One of few self help books worth reading.
mad respect for Xisuma as a quiet but talented musician+creative, I really see myself in parts of him, so I really enjoy seeing where he's got to today starting from those desires to create I really closely feel that idea of being someone who HAS to create, like you'll explode if you don't make SOMETHING
Also, maybe a topic for another podcast: how can one with chronic pain start an exercise regime. I don't mean to replace general practitioners or specialists who are in a better place to give this type of advice. However, as a person with chronic pain, it's actually hurtful, when I hear some people say, "just exercise and eat right and you will be healthy." And, yes, I was born with an autoimmune disease that later turned into chronic pain. Granted, I finally had surgery done by a specialist and have been mostly pain free these past 2 years. Asking for a friend, of couse.
Perhaps yoga or similar? Maybe water aerobics which help take some of the weight off, but gives a really good workout. Maybe stretch sessions to start with? I really hope you find something that works for you. You got this! ❤
I always find myself trying to put my life in someone elses, I dont know who I am or where I want to be. But, this podcast has helped me get some insight. Thank you Impulse, Skizz, and X!
Another great time getting to know another hermit, creator, and just all around great guy. Inspiring, fun, and interesting to say the least. Thank you for the conversation!
24:25 woah, X just exposed me to a new thought about music. makes so much more sense to listen and try to identify what the artist is trying to communicate, rather than 'is it good or bad' relative to your own life. will be forever grateful for that new piece of knowledge/perspective
Awesome having X on for a Double Episode!! What I love about his discussions when streaming or interacting with chatters is that he is always open to different view points on a topic and welcomes hearing someone explain a viewpoint that he might not share! Even when the topic is Controversial or a sensitive or emotional topic, X is willing to have a discussion about it and always does his best to make sure everyone's point of view is heard and understood and that the topic doesn't become too heated or out of control. He can manage to express things in a way that people can understand and do it in a way that helps people stay open minded and calm enough so that we all can learn about both sides
x is such a cool guy. i am really loving these interviews with the hermits, minecrafters who a lot of the time don’t get the opportunity to really share their passions and personality outside of their content creator character. i’m genuinely hoping we get interviews with every single hermit someday! and possibly even some other creators who don’t get interviewed as often as a lot of the big names in the space. stuff like this makes me really appreciate this community even more and i’m very proud to support such insightful and genuine creators.
'It's like I have two brains'... I felt like this for 40 years, and regularly watched films and listened to music whilst I did other stuff. A friend of mine was very similar. He has had his ADHD diagnosis, and I'm going for an assessment soon. Back when we were younger diagnoses were not really done, and a lot of us went through life struggling to find our way like this. Doesn't matter in the long run, but it did mean we had to find our way in a world that wasn't built for us.
I have no idea how old X is, but he seems way to young to have that much wisdom. Also, you guys are great at asking the right questions to bring out the best in your guests. Keep up the great work.
Hearing that X and Skizz wrote poetry and sometimes using that to cope is just a relief for me kind of, because I also do that and a lot of people around me hate to hear about the creative side you can show while writing. I look up to especially Xisuma so just hearing he kind of had the same childhood as that I am still going through really just also gives me an image of how it can get better, and that it's okay that my childhood is like this. It is also nice to just hear about how much I think all of the hermits and their friends, care about their community.
I won't turn this into a full-on "TOOL" TH-cam comment section, but whenever I'm feeling panicked or anxious, TOOL's music is always there to help me find my strength all over again! And it's all Skizz's fault for finding those incredible artists
You guys are GREAT to listen to while doing chores. Like, literally, at this moment…I am standing at the top of a ladder cleaning my gutters. And, for some reason, I felt compelled to stop clearing…stand at the top of the ladder…prop my elbows onto my roof…and comment about my disdain for Red Hot Chili Peppers in a comment below. (My neighbors are probably thinking, “what in the world…”)
Listening to you guys talk about Tool and live music and all was so amazing. I'd love a full podcast about your live music experiences. I think a podcast with Impulse, Skizz, Ren, Xisuma and Doc would be amazing. I know Doc has been to Wacken Open Air (one of Europe's largest metal fests) and he has some cool experiences. I was in Phoenix and Flagstaff recently to attend memorial shows for a buddy of mine who passed away and my friend told me about the winery restaurant Maynard owns. Gotta come back and visit that!
“Humans were never meant to communicate through lines of text” This is something that I’ve thought about for a while from a scholarly perspective, & it’s been fun to try to figure out how to communicate tone & other kinds of subtext through text; it’s a shame that we don’t have a universal way to express more than just the words through text Also combined with Skizz’s comment on us being in our adolescence in text communication makes me want to overhaul the Roman alphabet to include some sort of indicators of the various kinds of subtext that come across in human communication I have a lot more to say, you guys mixed well with Xsuma & gave me a lot to think about, & sadly I don’t have the brainpower to formulate my thoughts, nor the space to communicate them here Anyway, cheers to a good two parter & an amazing guest, I’m excited to see what comes next
I knew i heard someone saying that Ren got them into Tool, I thought it was Skizz from around the 1st Life series, then I thought it was Impulse, but it turns out it was X. I can't get into Tool at all. I liked 46 and 2?? the first time I heard it but then I heard it a few more times and thought it was meh
Really enjoyed listening to this, X was a great guest and you guys are great at drawing conversation and engaging with your guests. Great listen as always
I've been binge watching all the podcast episodes and I just love how Skizz builds people. Listening and having insightful comments that sum up chapters in the interview makes it really enjoyable to watch. I didn't know of Skizz until this season of hermitcraft but I have a lot of catching up to do
Absolutely loved every second of this! Something that helps for reading comments that may be negative or come off as negative: Assume the best in others, their conduct/words reflects on them and not you, so long as you’re having fun and do your best what else is there to do? You all do incredible work and are only human. It’s the type of people that you are that makes us love y’all. It is okay to not be everyone’s cup of tea the same as it is okay to not like every cup of tea yourself.
Okay, but...Do. You. Even. Motörhead. Love listening to you guys talk about music. I think especially in the '80s and '90s, anything considered "mainstream" was looked upon with scorn by a lot of us, only to realize later that we missed some really great music. We've all been there guys, lol.
I just saw Henry Rollins for the first time three days ago, and it was the most amazing show I have ever seen, followed closely by Tool a few years ago.
Xisuma is definitely an incredibly inspiring figure. I especially admire his sense of optimism and faith in people. Admittedly, it's not something I share to the same degree, but I know I'd be happier day-to-day if I saw the world that way. Thanks for an inspiring and fascinating podcast!
X talking about his music experiences kind of parallels my own journey and evolution in appreciating music. It took me really getting into the depths of death metal to turn around and start appreciating different genres, especially genres I thought I hated - rap being a huge one in particular. Like with death metal, I initially didn't care much for much extreme metal (especially death metal) for much of my youth, but once I found a particular band that clicked and bridged the gap - I started hearing the whole genre differently and was able to start to see things like "hey, I see what they're going for here, and what's so rad about this or that" and it flipped my mindset completely and translated naturally to other styles of music. It definitely speaks to the point where that feeling of "this is a view, or reflection of someone else's experience, or another community's spirit" that X brought up 20ish min in. Also, gotta say, had a good laugh at the Iron Maiden story - that's such a metalhead experience hahaha
You've mentioned TOOL a lot, so I got curious what all the hype was. Now I know. Incredible music. X is a very inspirational guest and you guys always have some great questions!
I wanna share my musical experience for a bit even though no one will read this. I started playing trombone in 4th grade when I was 9. I was in love with it. I played through middle school and high school. Then came uni. I was rejected from the marching band. My world came crashing down, and I am not exaggerating. I had a full on meltdown in my car. I wanted to talk to the directors to see where I went wrong. That went way differently from what I had expected. Instead of that, they offered me a position in the tuba section because someone had quit. I obviously took it, but my life was altered forever. I was learning on the fly, so I was at the bottom on the ladder. I only did 3 halftime shows and 0 pregame shows for that entire season. My musical confidence was wrecked from that point on and even to this day. What hurt even worse is that we went to the national championship and won. I couldn't shake the feeling that it all felt like a cruel joke. Here I am, experiencing something only one band experiences per year, and it's on an instrument that I don't even like. Don't get me wrong, it was an amazing experience, but it was not like it should have been. For my second season, which was during covid, I re-auditioned on tuba, but I just didn't emotionally take it seriously. I still put in all my effort, but it felt wasted. My third year, I went back to trombone where I belonged, and I made it. I put on a façade of confidence, but I was terrified. I don't think I slept through all of band camp. That season had a few residual covid elements, but it was largely back to normal. I did all but one halftime show (I was sick), and I did a few pregame shows, and I got priority on pep band away games. That felt like a bit of a peak though. The next year, I was again terrified of the audition process, and I got landed as an alternate, which was annoying for a lot of reasons. Alternates have the chance to challenge someone to be in the show, which I did, and I got into the first show. The system was stupid though, and we had to challenge for every show. I ended up missing out on three shows in total that year. Now here's my totally messed up fifth year. I audition again, and get placed as an alternate again. I was so upset. They didn't let us challenge for the first show because it was an away game. Someone was sick, but the section leaders put someone else in the spot. I challenged for the second show and won a spot, but, throughout the season, I was challenged several times. It was clear that no one thought I was worthy of my halftime and pregame spots. Toward the end of the season, I lost my pregame spot, so I missed out on a home game pregame show. I was in the next one, but that was more screwed up than it seems on its face. I had challenged someone and won, but that effectively got negated by the fact that someone was out sick, and they put me in her spot. I didn't get to keep the spot I won for my final show at the bowl game. One of the section leaders tried to say "I know what it's like not to be in pregame" but that did not matter to me at all. She didn't know what I had been through emotionally. For most of my time in that band, I did not feel like I was respected as a musician. I know I wasn't a full time musician, but I was still passionate about it. I don't think any other fifth year would get challenged 5 times. I have now since graduated, and I ended up joining my city's community band. It's not a professional symphony orchestra or anything like that, but it's still a group of relatively skilled musicians. I finally feel like I'm being respected for my abilities. The section leader had me on 2nd part for our first concert and has asked me to play first for the Christmas concert. People actually want to see me at rehearsals. I feel like no one could care less if I had been at marching band rehearsals or games aside from maybe two or three people. I've been an outcast for so much of my life. Even now, I don't think that many people care that I exist. I feel like I could post a truncated version of this on a more personal social media platform, and no one outside of my family would give a crap. If anyone has read this, thanks for listening to my story.
I'm very confused. I thought we had all agreed that Xisuma is a computer. Has AI really gotten this good? In all seriousness, I'm so glad that you had X on the podcast; his conversation is always so insightful and thought-provoking
For me it was Gentle Giant. I didn't care for them when I gave their album "Octopus" a listen. When I heard "Three Friends" and "The Power And The Glory" a few years later though, I really started to get into their sound.
Loved every minute of this and I really hope you'll invite X back for some topical podcasts! He is known in his community as "Wisesuma" for a reason. ;)
Also…ya’ll talking about your musical talents/abilities makes me want to sit down at a piano again. I used to compose classical music. So…I need to move my old piano to the island where I live…clean it, tune it…and try to find enjoyment again with playing.
Excellent part 2. X was how I got into hermitcraft. His livestreams always gave me things to think and learn about. I would definitely love to have all 3 of you talk about other topics together. Great chemistry
You were talking about the Hermit Minecraft Rap. Loved that song too. A while back I finally got the Relic Disc and just loved the song/music so much, I felt it needed more. So I wrote some words to it. About finding relic discs in trail ruins. Now, every time I hear the music, I have a song to sing. Edit: It was fun to make the lyrics to it, just as it was for you and the rap.
Hey Imp or Skizz, have you considered bringing video to the Spotify podcasts? The other podcasts I listen to at work have adopted it, and I have found I rather like having the video from spotify playing in the background while I work. And I prefer spotify as a platform to queue all my weekly episodes over TH-cam, for my reasoning listening there rather than here. Thanks for considering!
I’m legally blind and I joined archery they said I should I don’t think that I will be good at it I don’t think it’s a good idea but I joined and took the first step let’s see how it goes
Xisuma is Hermitcrafts very own Brene Brown. His generosity, vulnerability remind me so much of her books. And she is THE best psychologist of our time. I can see Xisuma as a mental/life coach FOR SURE!
Indeed. There are some Twitch livestreamers who are musicians and they have collaborated live. It's a challenge due to the delay. However, it's amazing, when it works out.
My favourite part of these guest podcasts is when the person gets to talk about their passion. Definitely! I love listening to people rave about there passions and hobbies, there’s something about it that is just so wholesome and sweet 🤍
Agreed! I absolutely love when people talk about their interests

"The problem was I'm trying to hear myself in someone else's music." Just wow.
X is a philosopher.. i wish i could see his face and expressions, i'm sure they would be so powerful. that will probably never happen, and i respect his privacy/safety, but man, he has such a beautiful mind.
I would like to see a drum off between imp and skizz.
YESSSSSSS
Imp and Skizz on their own are great, but I love their interview episodes. They ask such insightful and interesting questions and are genuinely great interviewers. Always a delight

Totally agree.
agreed. he is the role model we all need.
24:53 “And I realized that the problem was, is that I was trying to find myself in someone else’s music” Wow, that line right there is *raw* as hell.
Definitely thought provoking.
I will now be pondering this for a while.
@@DoughnutDragon Off topic, but I love your username lol. I am a lover of dragons and doughnuts, myself
@@MoonlitBookworm73 Thank you. They are great!

You should invite Doc!!!
We need more Xisuma!!! I could listen to X on this podcast for even more episodes just talking about anything and everything
I’m 18 and currently in a rock band. We started giging over the summer and we played a show almost every weekend. We play classic rock like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Listening to X's story about not knowing who he was as a kid and the progress of working towards his new found self reminds me of a Bob Dylan quote:
“I was born very far from where I'm supposed to be, and so I'm on my way home.”
From the documentary "No direction home"
The thing i love the most about this podcast is people being positive with one another and talking positively about others. This is great
I enjoy music but what I really love is psychology and philosophy. This episode put me in a happy place. Not necessarily because I agreed with it all, but because it was being discussed.
Y'all are great! And thank you to Xisuma for joining! 😊

I love how X always manages to take such a level headed view of things. It also made me smile when Skizz talked about just booking his haircut so then he had to get there. I have recently decided to take the same approach to ultramarathons!

Imp and Skizz have an incredible talent for making the person beneath the mask come alive with genuine emotion. ❤
The miscommunication text stuff is why I love tone tags. No more wondering!
Just got my wisdom teeth out this morning! Came home and slept for a few hours, I’m super happy I have this to watch now!
I'm sure my comment on your guy's pet peeve episode could have been taken in a mean way (despite me retyping it many time to try and be as kind as i can)
I love these episodes and i love watching you guys.
It boosted my mental health tremendously!
they really used the thottiest pic of X for the thumbnail huh
14:30
dude, your part in Hermit Gang is literally my favorite part! I often sing it whenever I'm stressed at work, it's the best
I am with Skizz on that one. I expected to be entertained and I’m left inspired! What a great podcast and an exceptional guest! ❤
Every single imp and skizz podcasts I have a new life long hero. Oh my god.
LOL
Love you guys. Dont stop podcasting. Hopefully, there will patreon or something we can contribute to get it going as well. :D
PS: Atomic Habbit is a brilliant book. One of few self help books worth reading.
Just wise? Possibly borderline genius? And ya didn't even mention Xisuma, also a borderline genius. He's definitely a serious thinker.
mad respect for Xisuma as a quiet but talented musician+creative, I really see myself in parts of him, so I really enjoy seeing where he's got to today starting from those desires to create
I really closely feel that idea of being someone who HAS to create, like you'll explode if you don't make SOMETHING
"Where will you be in 20 years?"
"Wherever I am, I'll be happy"
Xisuma is one of the nicest people I have seen online. I am so glad you had him one your podcast.
Would love a episode with gem or grian
These podcasts are always so enjoyable! Thanks for keeping me company every Friday morning.
x is such a cool guy. i am really loving these interviews with the hermits, minecrafters who a lot of the time don’t get the opportunity to really share their passions and personality outside of their content creator character. i’m genuinely hoping we get interviews with every single hermit someday! and possibly even some other creators who don’t get interviewed as often as a lot of the big names in the space. stuff like this makes me really appreciate this community even more and i’m very proud to support such insightful and genuine creators.
Am I watching this before any of the Life Series content?
Yes, yes I am!
Same
Same!
same
'It's like I have two brains'...
Xisuma is so intelligent and somehow also equally derpy , I love him
I have no idea how old X is, but he seems way to young to have that much wisdom. Also, you guys are great at asking the right questions to bring out the best in your guests. Keep up the great work.
He's definitely in his late twenties at the very least.
(My neighbors are probably thinking, “what in the world…”)
It says something when you start watching a podcast like this and seeing the chemistry and love going around and realize just how alone you are.
Love the vlog, would love to get the groups view of ICP.
for the Christmas special you guys should hard core cuddle on the couch in matching onesies with hot coco
The fanfic is writing itself 😂
LMAO what did i just read 💀 i didn't know i was on wattpad
😭😭
Keep your stories on the fanfiction sites. Don't bring 'em to TH-cam
i’m scared now…
“Humans were never meant to communicate through lines of text”
This is something that I’ve thought about for a while from a scholarly perspective, & it’s been fun to try to figure out how to communicate tone & other kinds of subtext through text; it’s a shame that we don’t have a universal way to express more than just the words through text
Also combined with Skizz’s comment on us being in our adolescence in text communication makes me want to overhaul the Roman alphabet to include some sort of indicators of the various kinds of subtext that come across in human communication
I have a lot more to say, you guys mixed well with Xsuma & gave me a lot to think about, & sadly I don’t have the brainpower to formulate my thoughts, nor the space to communicate them here
Anyway, cheers to a good two parter & an amazing guest, I’m excited to see what comes next
I didn't know of Skizz until this season of hermitcraft but I have a lot of catching up to do
this is literally 3 of my favorite people!
wow, just wow, this hit deep. jeez man i needed this. thank you guys.
One of your best interviews yet! Xisuma is a great interviewee.
I wonder if Xisuma realizes that how he talks about certain artists, is exactly how some of us talk about Soulside Eclipse
So glad someone else pointed this out. But Tbf X himself posted the video of himself JAMMING OUT in the mask in the first place lol
this was sincerely fascinating. :)
I want, nay need more of you 3 together !
We want Bdubs on the podcast!!
Absolutely!
Bdubs and Etho would be dream guests.
I just saw Henry Rollins for the first time three days ago, and it was the most amazing show I have ever seen, followed closely by Tool a few years ago.
Omg he’s still touring?! That man is a machine. I first saw him on Bevis and Butthead and 120 minutes back in the day.
Henry Rollins. That is such a blast from the past.
Xisuma is definitely an incredibly inspiring figure. I especially admire his sense of optimism and faith in people. Admittedly, it's not something I share to the same degree, but I know I'd be happier day-to-day if I saw the world that way. Thanks for an inspiring and fascinating podcast!
The whole problem with depression is the getting started step. Trust me, I know.
Skizz did what every European is doing every Day... 😉 Walking 2 Miles :)
I have just been imprinted on as a 22 year old male, Thank all three of you!!
I would also love to have him back on
You've mentioned TOOL a lot, so I got curious what all the hype was.
My band that I had a prejudice against, and then fell in love with was Silver Sun Pickups.
He is known in his community as "Wisesuma" for a reason. ;)
“Assume Positive Intent” The Mood Elevator from Larry Senn is a great read.
This podcast was very inspiring! Thanks, X!
Also…ya’ll talking about your musical talents/abilities makes me want to sit down at a piano again. I used to compose classical music. So…I need to move my old piano to the island where I live…clean it, tune it…and try to find enjoyment again with playing.
incredible pod
I'm so glad that my favourite hermit was on your show. (yeah , I know I'm not supposed to have favourites, but ok. )
Never fails with the metaphors the good metaphors to
I’m legally blind and I joined archery they said I should I don’t think that I will be good at it I don’t think it’s a good idea but I joined and took the first step let’s see how it goes
Good luck !!!!!!
I politely request a part 3 ❤
I second.
I clicked bcz of the thumbnail... 😩
