I appreciate your subculture palette. I pulled mine out this week and was thrilled to play with the colors. I keep the looks simple by using one or two shades and pairing it with fun eyeliner for pops of color. Happy it’s in my fall rotation as it reminds me of school uniforms and apple picking along the East Coast.
I love the cosmo palette but in my opinion nothing has beat the Jackie Aina palette! I still have mine and I still love it and I have a lot of eyeshadow. I was hoping this would be similar to it 😢TY for the review ❤
I bought this palette, and the sparkles in the mattes completely blend away. I doubt that it’s going on sale, because it’s a limited edition. Also, whenever your palette doesn’t have a transition shade of your liking, you can use your bronzer as a transition shade, and as a dark skinned black woman, I actually feel we don’t need transition shades for most looks. You can go right in with a color, blend it well, then move on to the next.
I did a huge points haul from Ulta. Mine should be here tomorrow. I had a $15 off coupon and $150 in points. I wanted it just for the shimmers. Both looks are beautiful. Have a wonderful weekend ❌️⭕️

Maybe I'll hold out for it to get to Marshall's or TJ Maxx because I'm sure I can already dupe the color story. I like how the palette looks like it's in quads.

I do like the subculture palette. This palette reminded me of it because of the matte shades formula. They both can give you some pretty looks. Tfw 💜
